Bucks County, Pennsylvania - 6 Hour+ Wait to Vote in Heavy Trump Area
X ^

Posted on 11/01/2024 3:04:34 PM PDT by TigerClaws

HAPPENING NOW: Voters are waiting 6 *hours* in line to vote in Levittown, PA, a Republican stronghold, because of apparent staffing issues.

Voters who were interviewed say they can't come back on Tuesday due to work.

The development comes after early voting was extended until today at 5PM.

Scott Presler is also reporting issues in Quakertown where Trump supporters are being forced to wait hours to vote.

"Bucks County elections officials did the bare minimum to comply with court’s order to provide voting access through 5PM today," Trump campaign's James Blair said.

"They staffed some offices with just 1 or 2 people ensuring long lines."

They are losing and the only option they have left is to make sure Rs don't get to the polls.

Don't fall for it.

This must be an exception. Pennsylvania early voting ended Oct 29.

Biden won Bucks by 17,000 in 2020. We have to overcome all these individual county losses if we’re going to take Pennsylvania.

I wouldn’t call Bucks county heavily republican... the county went for Biden in ‘20 b 17k votes...though R’s have passed D’s in registrations this time around so hopefully that changes.

Correct—they got an extension due to problems earlier in the week before the deadline.

It took the courts to extend the voting in Bucks County because officials closed the voting earlier than 5 pm. Yes, this is an exception.

“Levittown, PA, a Republican stronghold,”

Which voted for Biden in 2020, so not really all that “strong”.

It’s a marginal area which local Democrat officials must think is tipping more towards Trump this time around, hence their efforts to disenfranchise voters.

The RNC sued and a judge extended for 3 days.

I waited an hour and a half outside in a chilly wind to vote in a small town in Idaho. I don’t think there were any democrats in line. If there were, they were very quiet. Dozens of people were registering in line.

Took a vacation day today to work on a project and decided to go vote early with the wife here in Sarpy County, Nebraska in the potential “blue dot”. Got to the election office a little before 10am and the place was overrun. There were tons of cars including about 50 across the street in a vacant field and a long line. Decided I will go on Tuesday. I hate standing in line and I am guessing we would have been there for hours. Our county is very red so that was encouraging. My neighbor had to go to the VA on Monday afternoon which is right down the road from the county election office and he said there was a huge crowd there then. My employer gives us a couple hours of time to go vote with pay so I will go over and get it done on Tuesday.

Beware this is a Democrat “Early Vote Failure” scam. THey have labeled the newly created “in person mail in ballot process” as an “early voting” process. It’s a mil in ballot people. They have included republicans who are all in. They advertised on the talk shows and made sure it failed even got Trump to start lawsuits. The end game is to fix the failure. Institute full on early voting (no audit Controls), Ranked results, open primaries in the new fix it legislation. Dems only break stuff so they can pretend to fix it and the stupic republicans in this state go along.

It is an exception. A judge ordered them to extend the deadline due to previous shenanigans including poll workers (or fake poll workers) telling people in line to go home.

There is no early voting. I have stated in another post that this is a scam using the mail in ballots to create a failure so that they can fix it with ranked open primaries and full on early voting with no audit controls.

I would expect the same experience on Tues. Please stand in line beyond the two hours your employer provides, because that’s what it’s going to take to get it done. We’ve had almost four years of seeing the result of many people skipping the vote, because they thought Joe would never win, and yes I personally believe they cheated, so we have to overcome that as well. God speed to us all.

Six hours for something that thats 2 minutes to do? That’s a real management problem for that county. The people of PA should be ashamed.

Sounds like vote suppression to me. Ridiculous that they can’t be prepared for voters.
