Bush supporter Sen. Zell Miller, D-Ga., will speak at the Republican National Convention, an aide said today. "The speech by Miller, a former two-term governor, comes 12 years after he delivered the keynote address for Bill Clinton at the 1992 Democratic National Convention, also held in New York," the Associated Press noted. When the senator spoke at Georgia Republicans' convention in May, he blasted Senate Democrat colleague John Kerry as an "out-of-touch, ultraliberal from Taxachusetts" who would damage the country if elected president.
