COLUMBUS: The Ohio Elections Commission has found former Attorney General Marc Dann guilty of violating state election law for using campaign funds to pay for a personal cell phone and a security system for his home. In a split decision, the 7-member panel also found the Dann for Ohio committee guilty in both instances.
