A person with a confirmed case of measles spent time at stores and restaurants in The Dalles and Hood River, according to Oregon Health Authority. The infectious person was in those areas from Dec. 26 to Dec. 31. An Oregon Health Authority spokeswoman said this is a separate case from the one that was reported Friday in Clark County involving a child. The two cases are not believed to be connected.
