Attorneys for a teenage girl who was sexually assaulted at a Culver's restaurant in Chaska have sued the chain, claiming the assailant — who also worked at the eatery — was a sexual predator about whom other employees had complained. The suit, filed in Carver County District Court on Friday, alleges that Culver's failed to take action against the man, Luis Garcia-Jimenez, 20, following previous complaints.
