his article was updated on May 21 at 2:38 p.m. The Trump administration came to the Supreme Court on Wednesday morning, once again asking the justices to take action on their emergency docket. U.S. Solicitor General D. John Sauer urged the court to temporarily pause an order by a federal judge in Washington, D.C., that would require the Department of Government Efficiency to provide information in a lawsuit filed under the Freedom of Information Act. Sauer told the justices that requiring DOGE as a “presidential advisory body” to respond to the plaintiffs’ requests, a process known as discovery, “clearly violates...

After you finish this blog, you’ll be asking the million-dollar question: Why is Chief Justice John Roberts hanging out with the Deep State’s #1 color revolution architect? Turns out the left’s favorite “Republican” has some very interesting buddies. According to Norm Eisen—the man who practically wrote the Deep State’s playbook on color revolutions, all things anti-Trump, and lawfare in the US—he and Chief Justice John Roberts are not only good pals, but they even spent a week together in the Czech Republic. According to Norm, the two BFFs were there working on “American rule of law” issues. Hmm… Norm was...

More than 200 people aboard a still-at-sea Cunard Line cruise bound for New York, including members of the crew, contracted norovirus in the latest cruise ship outbreak of the nasty stomach bug. Of the 2,538 guests on Cunard’s Queen Mary 2, 224 reported getting ill on the current voyage along with 17 crew members, this month, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The cruise departed from Southampton, England on March 8 to set out for New York and later the Caribbean. The entire journey, however, doesn’t conclude until April 6, leaving the rest of the guests stuck...

A new lawsuit targeting President Donald Trump's administration over leaked Pentagon plans in a Signal chat has been assigned to Judge James Boasberg, the same judge who ordered a halt to the administration's deportation efforts. The government watchdog group American Oversight filed the lawsuit on Wednesday, alleging that Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and others violated federal records laws by discussing Houthi attack plans in a Signal groupchat. The contest has now been randomly assigned to Boasberg, who serves on the U.S. District Court for Washington, D.C. Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Mo., condemned "rogue judges" like Boasberg in a statement to Fox...

Left-wing watchdog group American Oversight filed a lawsuit against John Ratcliffe, Pete Hegseth, Tulsi Gabbard and others, claiming their use of the double encrypted app Signal violates the Presidential Records Act. American Oversight boasts about its ‘activist litigation’ targeting Republican interests, especially the Trump Administration. Now they’re suing Trump officials for using Signal to communicate about ‘military actions.’ It was reported on Monday that Jeffrey Goldberg, the anti-Trump editor-in-chief of The Atlantic, claimed he was accidentally added to a secure Signal group chat where top Trump administration officials discussed sensitive military operations against Iran-backed Houthi terrorists in Yemen.

Julie Kelly 🇺🇸 @julie_kelly2 Yesterday Biden appointee Jia Cobb granted Norm Eisen/Mark Zaid request for expedited discovery in their lawsuit against Trump adm over inquiry of FBI employees who worked on Jan 6 cases. So another judge now decides these partisan lawfare thugs are entitled to info about the internal workings of the White House and DOJ. 10:26 AM · Mar 23, 2025

Norm Eisen's ongoing lawsuits against Elon Musk's Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) are drawing scrutiny—and not just because of the high-profile figures involved. It turns out, Eisen’s own family ties are raising serious questions about conflict of interest. His daughter, Tamar Eisen, worked as a Program Officer for the National Democratic Institute (NDI)—a non-profit organization that has been on the receiving end of millions in USAID funding. It doesn’t stop there. The NDI has been the recipient of substantial USAID grants, including a hefty $32.3 million for the “Electoral Empowerment of CSO Project.” Now, just as Norm Eisen’s lawsuits against...

Norm Eisen is not merely a legal scholar or ethics advocate; he is a seasoned political operative with a singular focus—using the legal system as a weapon to neutralize conservative opponents, particularly Donald Trump. From his early days as co-founder of Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) to his tenure as impeachment counsel against Trump, Eisen has constructed a career at the intersection of lawfare and political strategy. His legacy is not one of neutral legal advocacy but of leveraging institutions, litigation, and media to shape political outcomes in favor of the Democratic establishment. Eisen’s legal warfare began...

Norm Eisen ... is a political operative who has spent his career using the legal system to target conservatives—especially Donald Trump. He is also an expert on color revolutions. Let’s break it down. Norm graduated Harvard Law School in 1991, where he met his good friend Barack Obama. During his time there, he also served as the Assistant Director of the Anti-Defamation League and a research assistant to his teacher Alan Dershowitz. Norm Eisen co-founded Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW), a so-called "watchdog" group that claims to fight corruption. Sounds good, right? But here’s the catch: Under...

Lawfare hasn’t stopped since Donald Trump became president again, but has been repackaged into civil litigation to stop his second term agenda—and most of the civil lawfare can be traced to groups affiliated with a coalition known as Civil Service Strong. Members of the coalition scored federal court wins in recent days to temporarily block Trump’s executive order on birthright citizenship, to delay a federal employee buyout, and to halt the shuttering of the U.S. Agency for International Development. The member groups have also been involved in numerous other lawsuits against the Trump administration, including challenging the Schedule F executive...

one of the biggest schemes we’ve tracked is the Deep State’s shadow operations, orchestrated by one of the most influential puppeteers in the Swamp: Norm Eisen. If there’s a major effort to take down President Trump, Eisen is almost always lurking in the background, pulling the strings. Time and time again, he’s played a central role in the left’s biggest hoaxes and political warfare, and yet, most people have no idea who he really is—or just how deep his influence runs. .. The good news is that President Trump just yanked ol’ Norm’s security clearance—a huge win for decency and...

As previously reported, The Washington Post’s so-called conservative blogger Jennifer Rubin quit the newspaper and joined forces with Deep State hack Norm Eisen to start a media venture called “The Contrarian.” Last month the insufferable duo painfully described how they will cover everything from law, to culture to cooking in their new venture. “We do politics, we’re going to do law. But we know that any successful pro-democracy movement also has to be very vocal about culture. We’ll have a humor column, we’ll even have a cooking column, but we’re going to sprinkle in a little bit of pro-democracy flavor!”...

WASHINGTON — Lawyers and pro-democracy advocates are in the early stages of building a nationwide network of specialists aimed at defending and protecting people who may be targeted for retribution once President-elect Donald Trump takes office, according to multiple people involved in the effort. The sprawling initiative is intended to go far beyond legal assistance for those potentially subjected to criminal or civil investigations in a new Trump administration. Those working to create the infrastructure said that in addition to lawyers, they are recruiting accountants to help people who may find their taxes under audit, employment experts to advise those...

Are key Republican leaders in D.C. from the Senate, House and Supreme Court being blackmailed? Tell me you haven’t thought the exact same thing? Something is very wrong. Something smells rotten in DC. Rotten like a dead fish left at the front door of a Congressmen’s office by the Obama Crime Family. Rotten like a photo of a Supreme Court Justice with his robe down at his ankles. Because what’s happening just isn’t normal. Please tell me how it’s possible that President Obama and his socialist cabal suffered the most massive and historic defeat in modern political history only 9...

The very idea of any prosecutor releasing a smear “report” on a defendant he was unable to convict, should be repugnant to any lawyer who believes in the integrity of our criminal justice system. Instead we have gloating trolls cheerleading such a disgusting abuse of process. ... Multiple accounts that Smith is preparing a report and that Garland will release it publicly, all before the inauguration.. ~Harry Litman ... Norm Eisen (Obama’s former “ethics” czar) has been running a color revolution on Trump since 2016/17. That includes the fake impeachments, character assassination, and lawfare. Everyone should know Norm’s name. He...

Demanding the immediate release of documents pertaining to “credible allegations” of “improper collusion by the Biden White House and Department of Justice (DOJ) in the sham political show trial of President Trump conducted by Alvin Bragg, the New York County District Attorney’s Office, and Judge Juan Merchan,” America First Legal is suing the Department of Justice. The principal target of the allegations of cooperation between the Biden Administration and Bragg’s office is Matthew Colangelo, a senior Biden DOJ official who joined Bragg’s team as a prosecutor after leaving the department. Before accepting a low-level position as a prosecutor in Bragg’s...

Matthew Vadum, writing in today's American Spectator, blows the cover off Barack Obama's plans to hijack the observance of the 9/11 terrorist attacks by turning it over to the radical leftist Lennox Yearwood of the politically well-connected Hip Hop Caucus. This news has been hiding in plain sight, but got lost in the battle this month over nationalized health care, so Vadum has done a great service by bringing this to our attention. Vadum's piece has been picked up by Michelle Malkin and Gateway Pundit. This article is intended to fill in some big pieces of the picture about what this...

An armed crew terrorized Manhattan food delivery workers in a spree where they stole seven e-bikes – and stabbed one worker during a botched stick-up, authorities said. Several suspects — seen in images released by the NYPD Monday — flashed guns, knives and razor blades in the 11-day spree across Harlem where they targeted at least nine victims, cops said. Eight of the victims were confirmed to be delivery workers, and seven of them lost their bikes to the thieving crew, police said. In the most violent case, two suspects approached a 41-year-old man making a delivery on West 131st...

Two migrants were collared for a rash of moped raids where they snatched jewelry from unsuspecting New Yorkers, law enforcement sources said – as the number of scooter-borne robberies explodes citywide. Luis Tovar Pacheco and Alvaro Martinez — Venezuela citizens living in the Bronx — were busted after a domestic violence complaint at Pacheco’s Laconia Avenue, police sources told The Post. The arrests come on the heels of a Monday bust that locked up two other migrant men allegedly involved in a separate thieves’ ring that’s been stealing people’s cellphones right out of their hands, then hacking the devices and...

The left’s insatiable — and arguably quixotic — quest to keep former President Donald Trump off the ballot is a team effort to be sure. But two well-funded leftist groups in particular are leading the charge in the campaign to take Trump down with a bogus reading of the 14th Amendment’s “insurrection clause.” Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW), the lawfare arm of political strategist David Brock’s network of Democrat-aligned organizations, has dominated national headlines with its Colorado lawsuit — the only “successful” challenge to Trump’s primary ballot status to date. The banal-sounding Free Speech for People laid...
