A COVID wave is washing over California, with the state seeing continued increases in the number of newly confirmed cases and hospitalizations as some officials urged the public to take greater precautions. The extent of the recent increases has prompted some county-level health officials to recommend that residents once again consider wearing masks in indoor public settings, at least until transmission has declined. California currently has "high" coronavirus levels in sewage, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. And increases are being seen across the Golden State, from Los Angeles County to the San Francisco Bay Area...

Savannah Guthrie fled from the “Today” show mid-broadcast Tuesday amid her co-anchor Hoda Kotb’s unexplained absence. It was business as usual for Guthrie, 51, when she began hosting the NBC morning show at 7 a.m. ET, but she quickly sparked concern among viewers when she failed to return after a commercial break around 7:30. This is Guthrie’s third time battling COVID-19, having previously contracted the virus in January 2022 and May 2022

Natural immunity to disease is, or at least was, a well-known concept in medicine. By disease, I mean viral infections. One can’t develop natural immunity to diseases like diabetes or heart failure. Many of us remember “chicken pox parties” where when one kid was infectious, he or she was invited over to play with your kids, so they all got infected and then they did not have to worry about getting chicken pox again, due to natural immunity. The CDC defines it as follows: “Natural immunity is acquired from exposure to the disease organism through infection with the actual disease.”...

Somewhere in some far-left think tank located in some parent’s basement of an unemployed Antifa member or possibly the classroom of an angry women’s gender study professor at the University of Michigan, a group of self-appointed word police Nazis got together to discuss the critical importance of forcing individuals to use sexual preference pronouns when addressing themselves. If this sounds like a story that only a right-wing extremist would make up to discredit the LGBTQRSTVWXYZ movement, whose primary function is to indoctrinate our youth into believing there is no such thing as a male or female and that God mistakenly...

The U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) has mandated that all fully vaccinated DoD workers to wear masks again, allegedly due to the high COVID-19 transmission rate on Thanksgiving. It can be recalled that the US government agencies, including U.S. Defense and Justice departments, lifted their mask policy earlier this year. But beginning on Wednesday, November 30th, all Department of Defense personnel, service members, DOD civilians, contractors, military trainees, family members, and visitors to the installation will be required to wear a mask again when in any building on the installation.

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) and its top officials are doubling down on criticism of the Great Barrington Declaration after emails showed they quickly moved last year to oppose it. The declaration, penned last year, said lockdowns were producing negative short- and long-term effects on public health, such as lower childhood vaccination rates, fewer cancer screenings, and worsening mental health. The experts who signed on called for focusing COVID-19 prevention efforts on the most vulnerable, particularly the elderly, while loosening restrictions on the young and healthy, who are at little risk of developing severe COVID-19.Dr. Martin Kulldorff, at the...

“Ireland now has the highest number of patients in hospital with Covid-19 since March, despite over 91% of the population over-12 being vaccinated – the highest jab rate in the EU. July 27 (UPI) -- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on Tuesday recommended that vaccinated Americans again start wearing masks indoors, citing new scientific data on how the Delta variant of COVID-19 spreads. CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky told reporters the Delta variant -- which is now the dominant COVID-19 variant in the United States -- "behaves uniquely differently" compared to earlier strains. "The Delta variant is showing every day its willingness to outsmart us," she said. In "rare" cases in which a fully vaccinated person is infected with the variant, they may be able to spread the virus,...

A majority of Americans have taken at least one of the Covid-19 injections that, as so-called “vaccines,” are supposed to protect the population from the disease. Yet we’re seeing spikes in cases again, particularly the Delta Variant, and the CDC has reinstated their face mask guidelines. According to The Post Millennial: The CDC is expected to announce a reversal in their masking recommendations on Tuesday, instructing even vaccinated Americans to once again wear masks indoors, as the Delta variant continues to make its way through parts of the US. The agency recommended just two months ago that those who had...
