Stephen Basham, 37, of Scarbro was arrested on charges of Use of a Minor Child to Produce Obscene Matter, Criminal Invasion of Privacy and Possession of Child Erotica. Correctional officers at state correctional institutions, including the two located in Luzerne County, have been ordered to remove American flag and yellow ribbon pins from their uniforms. The order from Secretary of Corrections Jeffrey A.
