Germany's blowback against gold manipulation is accelerating. Following yesterday's report that Bafin took a hard line against precious metals manipulation, after its president Eike Koenig said possible manipulation of precious metals "is worse than the Libor-rigging scandal", today the response has trickled down to Germany and Europe's largest bank, Deutsche Bank, which announced that it would withdraw from the appropriately named gold and silver price "fixing", as European regulators investigate suspected manipulation of precious metals prices by banks. Whether focused on the first PCs of the ’80s, the Internet in the ’90s or the wireless gadgetry of recent years, exhibitors were assured hordes of executives, buyers and reporters. I'm heading to COMDEX next week - I wonder how many Computer folks "tried out" the fingerprint scanning demos over the last few years...( while inputing their Badge info ) ...and I wonder how many electronic fingerprint files our enemies now hold from those who may become captains of industry or politics in the coming years ? I don't know what type of Biometric identification technology will be exhibited there, but please consider what you are doing when you "demo" a foreign technology product !
