Rep. Clay Higgins (R-La.) will not run for Sen. Bill Cassidy’s (R-La.) seat next year after raising speculation that he might, he announced Thursday. Higgins noted several polls from the GOP Trafalgar Group that indicated Republicans in the state wanted to see him run for the seat and that he had received encouragement to launch a bid. “Now, it is my considered determination that current engagement in the House being incredibly significant, it may be ultimately more beneficial to the Republic that I remain in service to the MAGA America First agenda as a senior Republican in the House of...

President Donald Trump may well have won his reelection effort in one fateful moment in Butler, Pennsylvania. It will doubtless prove to be one of those "remember where you were when..." moments, and his reaction to being grazed by an assassin's bullet, leaping back to his feet, shaking his fist and shouting "Fight! Fight! Fight!" was (as I've written repeatedly) probably the most powerful image in American politics since Ronald Reagan's Brandenburg Gate speech. As for the attempted assassin himself, he was quickly dispatched by law enforcement - and a lot of questions remain around him. Who was Thomas Crook?...

The FBI has fired back at claims by a GOP congressman that the agency released the body of Thomas Matthew Crooks for cremation just 10 days after his assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania, last month. The agency says it refutes allegations by Rep. Clay Higgins, R-La., who says that when he requested to view Crooks' body on Aug. 5, nobody on the ground in Butler knew it had been handed back to the suspect's family on July 23. Higgins said the revelation "caused quite a stir and revealed a disturbing fact." Higgins is looking into...

A preliminary investigation report by Rep. Clay Higgins (LA-R) has revealed the body of Trump rally shooter Thomas Matthew Crooks is gone. In Rep. Higgins’s report, he wrote that on August 5th, when he requested to view the body of Thomas Matthew Crooks, he was told the body of Crooks was “gone.” The representative from Louisiana further noted that the FBI released the body to be cremated just ten days after the shooting occurred on July 13. Higgins, in his preliminary report of the Trump rally shooting, wrote, “My effort to examine Crooks’ body on Monday, August 5, caused quite...

Officials are refusing to release autopsy records for Trump shooter Thomas Crooks, and bombshell findings from Rep. Clay Higgins, R-La., may explain why. Higgins, who’s on the House Task Force to investigate the Trump assassination attempt, issued his preliminary findings Thursday, telling the public that the FBI released Crooks’s body to his family for cremation before he could examine it. Higgins, a former law enforcement officer, also said the FBI scrubbed the crime scene of biological evidence, which he said is “unheard of.” “My effort to examine Crooks’ body on Monday, August 5, caused quite a stir and revealed a...

House Speaker Mike Johnson today announced the Republicans who will serve on the Bipartisan House Task Force to investigate the Trump assassination attempt and sparked an uproar among conservatives in the process. The seven GOPers listed are as follows: • Pennsylvania Rep. Mike Kelly • Tennessee Rep. Mark Green • Ohio Rep. Dave Joyce • Florida Rep. Laurel Lee • Florida Rep. Michael Waltz • Louisiana Rep. Clay Higgins • Texas Rep. Pat Fallon While there are a few terrific choices including Rep. Higgins and Rep. Green, he also includes one of the House’s biggest RINOs in Rep. David Joyce...

On January 6, 2024, the drive-by media went into overdrive, remembering (sometimes while oozing crocodile tears) the horrors of January 6, 2021. It was, they said, the day on which democracy was under attack...According to Rep. Clay Higgins (R. LA), who has been investigating what actually happened that day, when one deletes the layers of leftist propaganda, it appears that January 6 was a giant entrapment web that successfully stopped official challenges to election certification, made Trump even more toxic and, worst of all, turned his law-abiding supporters into criminals.###Regarding the entrapment, Higgins states:"The FBI had embedded themselves into various...

Our readers already know that the Jan. 6 Capitol riot wasn’t an insurrection, but it’s still absolutely mind-blowing just how much we’ve been lied about the events of that day. The truth has never stopped the left from pushing the narrative that it wants, between the criminally partisan House Select Committee on Jan. 6 and Joe Biden's annual speeches making insane accusations and debunked mischaracterizations, it's almost a miracle they haven't turned Jan. 6 into a federal holiday akin to Memorial Day. According to the left, it was not only an insurrection, but as many as five Capitol Police officers...

Nearly three years after the violent breach on the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, a lawmaker presented FBI director Christopher Wray with a new theory about how people arrived at the Capitol that day. "Do you know what a ‘ghost vehicle’ is?" Rep. Clay Higgins, R-La., asked during a Nov. 15 House Committee on Homeland Security hearing. "You’re the director of the FBI, you certainly should. Do you know what a ‘ghost bus’ is?" Wray said he wasn’t familiar with the term. Higgins expounded. "These (ghost) buses are nefarious in nature and were filled with FBI informants dressed as...

Rep. Higgins: You’re saying no violence orchestrated by FBI sources or agents… Are you familiar with, you know what a ghost vehicle is, Director? Director of the FBI certainly should. Do you know what a ghost bus is? Chris Wray: A ghost bus? Rep. Higgins: A ghost bus. Chris Wray: I’m not sure I’ve used that term before. Rep. Higgins: Okay. It’s pretty common in law enforcement. It’s a vehicle that’s used for secret purposes. It’s painted over. These two busses in the middle here. They were the first to arrive at Union Station on January 6, 500. I have...

VIDEOCongressman Clay Higgins has claimed that over 200 undercover FBI agents infiltrated the crowd at the Capitol on J6. Is he right or is that just a kooky conspiracy theory? As you can see, the FBI is VEHEMENTLY denying that there were undercover feds present that day. The absolute certainty of their flat out denials could give one pause over accepting that the claim of over 200 feds present is correct.

Prepare to be shocked. This release will reveal the insidious truth that the left and the corrupt officials at FBI/DOJ do NOT want Americans to see. No less than 5-10 key Democrats will announce they’re retiring from Congress. Don’t doubt me

A data scientist named Tony Seruga said that his team tracked January 6 “ghost buses” and found instigators coming from Department of Justice vans. These claims add more context to recent allegations that January 6 was strategized in advance on Antifa discord servers, and they should alarm every freedom-loving American. Congressman Clay Higgins of Louisiana called attention to alleged ghost buses when he was grilling FBI director Christopher Wray. Christopher Wray, seemingly terrified, chose his words carefully to try to discredit Higgins, but since their exchange more information has come to light. CLICK ABOVE ARTICLE LINK FOR THE VIDEO...

WASHINGTON—Rep. Clay Higgins (R-La.), a former Louisiana sheriff, physically removed a protester who crossed into a Republican news conference on May 17 and approached Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) in a way Higgins described as “threatening.” The news conference, during which Higgins, Boebert, Rep. Ralph Norman (R-S.C.), Rep. Paul Gosar (R-Ariz.), and others expressed their opposition to ongoing treaty negotiations with the World Health Organization, was interrupted when a left-wing protester began heckling members of Congress. After the protester crossed into the news conference, Higgins removed him. The conference was in the House Triangle, one of the most popular news conference...

The FBI’s director on Nov. 15 declined to answer when he was asked whether the bureau had confidential informants among the supporters of then-President Donald Trump on Jan. 6, 2021.“Did the FBI have confidential human sources embedded within the Jan. 6 protesters on Jan. 6 of 2021?” Rep. Clay Higgins (R-La.) asked Christopher Wray, the director and a Trump appointee, during a hearing in Washington.“As I’m sure you can appreciate, I have to be very careful about what I can say, about when we do and do not, and where we have and have not used confidential human sources,” Wray...

FBI Director Chris Wray testified before Congress today on threats facing US national security. During questioning, Rep. Clay Higgins asked Wray about the plainclothes FBI operatives dressed as Trump supporters inside the US Capitol prior to the doors being opened on January 6th. Wray would not answer. Rep. Clay Higgins: Did the FBI have confidential human sources embedded within the January 6 protesters on January 6, 2021? Chris Wray: Congressman, I’m sure you can appreciate I have to be very careful about what I can say about… Rep. Clay Higgins: That’s what you told us two years ago. Chris Wray:...
