I’m wondering about cannabis. It’s still a federal offense. It’s legal in Washington DC and in a lot of the states. But if an elected federal official tested positive, would that be considered a crime? Probably would be shrugged off. Because laws are for little people.
It’ll die in some dark corner, sadly. I like the idea tho! They should all have to submit to tests wo any warning. If illegal drugs found they should be recalled immediately, no pass go, no get out of jail free card.

This law will never pass. They make these laws for the little people to follow not for themselves. Kind of like how they exempted themselves from the experimental mRNA covid vaxx but then tried to mandate it for everyone else.
