Doesnt Specter have the resume of the same guys we keep sending to congress to ignore us? Did the founders put a resume requirement in the constitution? The founders were citizens that represented citizens, dont you want that back? All our congressman in there now all had the “resume” and they passed an 800 billion dollar spending Bill without reading it. Money doesn't vote, people do.
