  • Dems propose 'Reasonable Profits Board' to regulate oil company profits

Ping. Now a “reasonable taxes board”, that would make sense.

I’ll believe this when I see it. Looks to me like Newty’s trolls are trying to create the “Newt is inevitable” scenario—ala Romney.

How a Tea Party Conservative can support a serial philanderer, lier and deceiver is beyond me.

The fired Pres. Spanier had a problem in Nebraska over a homsexual issue. He left Nebraska and returned to Penn State. He began his university teaching career at Penn State. He taught psychology. Along the way his specialty became “swinging” couples. Certainly that qualified him to be a university president.

Upon his assumption of the PSU presidency he vowed to make it the most gay friendly university in the country.

I’ve only had an opportunity to see him in person once for a couple of hours at a luncheion where he spoke. The occasion was my 45th year graduation anniversity.

Based on what I admit was a relatively short and arms length observation of the man I think he is gay or a switch hitter. I’d stake my 68 year life experience on it.

I’m well aware of PA’s Pubbie governor and congressional makeup. But we’re talking about PA here. It’s like Romney, a Pubbie, getting elected governor in the Socialist Republic of MA. Pubbie does not equal conservative. Mostly Pubbie equals RINO. I firmly believe that’s why Santorum was not reelected there. He is a real deal conservative.

That’s the only thing I believe Pelosi has ever said. It is consistent with the circumstances.

I’m curious, why do you think Gingrich sat on that loveseat with Pelosi in the pro global warming ad? Newt, says it’s “inexplicable”. Do you?

But for fun, let’s stretch credibility beyond its elastic point. Lets pretend it was a momentary judgement lapse. One wonders how many of those he’ll have as President. Heck, the guy didn’t even manage getting on the VA primary ballot. Then he whines to the court that requiring him to observe the same rules (law) other balloted candidates did is unfair. That’s what Marxist demrats do—not conservatives.

Moreover, your Pelosi comment applies equally to Newt. He’s a serial philanderer. His last affair lasted 18 months. That’s 18 months of lying and deception. He’s publicly stated he believes the sham global warming “science”. So which is it? And on and on.

You Gingrichbots love to crow about how smart Newty is. Afterall, he can take any side of any issue. Well that’s cool, but what does he really believe?

And please spare me his previous House voting record. That was then and now is now. The Pelosi claim that she has Newt by the [b****] is a game changer. I leave it to you, RINOs and Marxist demrats to pretend reality is something other than it is.

  • Santorum Tops Romney in Iowa Caucus 'Split Decision' (Santorum won by 34 votes)

Yep, it was a caucus thing. Thanks. You answered my question.

Given there was no talk of a split when Romney(care) thought he won by 8 votes, it’s amazing Santorum did as well as he did. Obviously he was fighting the entire Iowa demrat-controlled RINO establishment.

Precisely. Absent the students, State College is just another small, rural Central PA town. There is no way at least some BOTs members did not know about Sandusky.

They’re all complicit by what they did or did not do.

I’ve been communicating with a Penn State Alumni Assn. executive. He is in denial. He really believes the abuse of those boys, and subsequent coverup, is an individual—not institutional—problem.

In addition to the abuse I pointed out to him that PSU was a committed PC institution with a stake in the global warming scam. Two of its professors (one named Mann) have been in the forefront of the fake science necessary to give the theory credibility. He was caught on email discussing how to “fix” results that did not support global warming “science”. The executive told me Mann had been investigated by—guess who—the University and cleared.

I spoke with the father of a current PSU student. A sophomore or junior I think. As a freshman he attended a mandatory PC orientation. A lesbian was brought in from New York to discuss her life or some such with the students. I guess there were no lesbians they could have tapped at Penn State or in State College.

Penn State’s moral and intellectual corruption runs wide and deep.

For the record, I’m a very ashamed Penn State grad—’65. The school was very different back then. I was once proud of my PSU diploma. I inadvertantly wore a PSU sweastshirt to the gym soon after this news broke. Upon realizing it, I turned it inside out.

The really sad part is that there does not appear to be any entity that can fix Penn State. PA is a hard blue state. What’s wrong with the school reflects the will of the voters who make it so.

To be fair, Penn State is not alone in its depravity. I venture to say most universities—are wallowing int he same morass. The difference is that nothing has happened—or been made public—to bring it to the surface.

That’s the ticket. The left has coopted many of our institutions. Girl Scouts join unions, education media, religious leadership, Wall Street leadership and the judiciary as coopted entities.

I do not pretend to understand this bill. But the gist of it seems to be that entities or persons protected by copyright want internet entities they deem to be pirates to be sanctioned by websites where they appear. No?

There is already a remedy for pirates and that is to sue them. No?

IMHO this is another piece of misguided and useless legislation. It tells me a bunch about the conservative/Pubbie Congress critters who sponsored the bill and/or otherwise support it.

My God, we have a Usurping Marxist in the WH trying to destroy the country and this is what they’re spending their time on in Washington? What other word could describe them but dumb?

It is indeed pitiful that we can’t find one effective conservative candidate to rally around. Personally I think any of the RINO and one moussy conservative primary candidates can beat The Usurping Marxist Onada if they take the fight to him. There’s tons of material to work with.

Motive equals Romney. But I agree with him about Gingrich. He’s Pelosi’s boy toy for all practical purposes. What part of Pelosi’s very public brag that she has Newty by the proverbial [short hairs] do some people not believe.

Ity’a not a matter of Marxist demrats wanting to lose to Romney(care). They want someone friendly toward them if The Usurping Marxist Onada gets kicked out.

I have read Cain’s position on taxes. As expected you lied about his supporting a VAT.

In fact, Cain has said on numerous occasions he opposes any kind of a VAT. As a retailer CEO, a person who (unlike Perry) actually was responsible for a large retailing company employing thousands, he well understands that VATs kill business.

Cain wants a single tier tax on everyone. He proposes eliminating the income tax and instituting a national sales tax. Inherent in this plan is the elimination—or near elimination—of the IRS.

If one’s goal is to replace our present convoluted and unfair tax code with a system where everyone pays taxes, does not have to hire a CPA to fill out tax forms and transforms the IRS as we know it what is the problem with Cain’s position?

A VAT is a vastly different thing than than Cain proposes and you know it.
