<p>A state law that took effect this month allows residents of 28 other states who hold valid concealed weapon permits to carry their weapons in Arizona.</p>
<p>The move is the latest step in what is expected to eventually be a national recognition of concealed weapon permits, much the way drivers licenses are recognized.</p>
