WASHINGTON: Pakistani-American terrorist David Headley aka Daood Gilani has avoided extradition to India and a possible death sentence in the Mumbai terror case, but New Delhi can have access to him in the United States under a plea bargain he has reached with federal authorities. Shacked and wearing an orange prison jump suit, Headley, 49, pled guilty on Thursday to 12-count indictment in a Chicago court.
