(IsraelNN.com) The American government is offering a $5 million prize for information leading to the capture of the terrorists responsible for the Oct. 2003 bombing attack against a U.S. diplomatic convoy in PA-controlled Gaza that claimed the lives of American security personnel. American officials are angered at the nonfeasance by the PA since the terrorists have not been taken into custody.
