EL PASO -- Cities across the nation are gearing up for a rally in support of immigration reform and a Borderland organization plans to join nationwide efforts. Officials with the Border Network for Human Rights (BNHR) will be in Washington D.C. next week to educate officials about what they feel are necessary immigration policies.
