The âBlue Tsunamiâ: What Haaretz Gets Wrong About Americaâs / Eli Gotthelf Israelâs left loves to preach that America is turning anti-Israel and that Democrats are drifting away, but the recent U.S. elections show nothing of the sort. Beneath the liberal drama lies a far duller truth: local races, local reasons â and no blue wave in sight. Eli Gotthelf. Nov 5, 2025 15:14 It may seem like a large sum to retire with, but there are many variables to consider. SmartAsset that America is changing, that young people are anti-Israel, that the Democrats are losing patience with us â...

Bangor voters have elected Angela Walker, who was convicted of manslaughter nearly a quarter century ago, as a new city councilor. Walker joins Susan Faloon and Daniel Carson, among the three councilors-elect to emerge from the nine-way race in Tuesdayâs election. Walker received the fewest votes â 2,231 â of the three. Faloon, a life coach, led the pack with 3,951 votes, and Carson, a labor and community organizer, earned 2,512. Walker is the âpeer services coordinatorâ for the Bangor Area Recovery Network. Sheâs reportedly in recovery herself from addiction. Walker was imprisoned after being convicted of manslaughter in 2003...

It used to be yoga mats, soccer vans, and Chardonnay. Now itâs screaming TikToks, death threats, and deranged political sermons. Americaâs liberal âwine momsâ have gone from oat milk progressives to full-blown online revolutionaries, and itâs happening fast. Now, sure, we get it; these people arenât exactly âundergroundâ or hiding in the shadows. But in a way, they actually were. Their violent, hate-filled rants flew so far under the radar until people on the right started shining a light on their bloodlust. One thing we can promise you: these ladies arenât your typical fringe activists. Theyâre the same women who...

They will regret it and join with their neighbors in the Escape From New York. The one upside is that Mayor Mamdani's ultimate role in the grand scheme of things will be to accelerate the Democrat Party crackup

And deserves to get it good and hard.Last night was the (well, not mid-term elections â those are next year â âquarter-termâ elections?) and the areas that thought that Kamala Harris was a damned fine pick for POTUS last cycle stayed Blue. That should not have been a big surprise to anyone with a licence to adult..In Newt Yack City, a CAIR1-funded communist Democratic Socialist is now mayor.Whee. As long-time readers of my little scribblings have probably already figured out, I doubt that Mamdani will be as bad as his detractors say; but I damned sure donât think heâs going...

Ok, so the house members are back in their districts, at least in theory until Nov 17th, due to the house being in recess. The Government has been shutdown for more than a month. SNAP benefits are cut, etc.. lawsuits are flying.. Democrats are daily out there blaming it on Republicans, which is garbage, but that's what they are doing. So, where are the Republicans? Why are they NOT out at the Food Banks and distribution sites? Why is the RNC and the other GOP PACS not donating and redirecting funds to food banks and other things? They are home!...

Texas voters overwhelmingly approved an amendment on Tuesday that adds noncitizens to the list of individuals prohibited from voting in state elections, reinforcing that only US citizens are eligible to cast ballots. Proposition 16 passed with over 71 percent support as of Wednesday afternoon. The measure amends the Texas Constitution to explicitly include âpersons who are not citizens of the United Statesâ among those barred from voting. The list already includes convicted felons who have not met certain conditions for reinstatement and individuals deemed mentally incompetent by a court. By placing the citizenship requirement directly into the state constitution, the...

In the four minute video posted below, the housing conditions at a three bedroom apartment at a public housing project in the Bronx in New York City are absolutely horrible. There are rats, roaches, and black mold. There are leaks in every room. And every time the tenant calls maintenance to ask for repairs, the government employees always make up some bogus excuse for why they canât fix anything. And why should the government employees fix anything, when they know they canât get fired? And as all of this is going on, the federal government is giving them $30 million per week to make these...

WASHINGTON, D.C. â Following the city's election of an avowed and unrepentant socialist, the U.S. State Department issued an immediate and urgent travel advisory for New York City. According to Secretary of State Marco Rubio, New York City had become too dangerous for any casual tourists to visit. "As of this morning, the State Department has chosen to issue a 'Level 4: Do Not Travel' advisory for New York," Rubio said at a press conference. "Because of significant threats to life and limb, U.S. citizens are advised to avoid any non-essential and even most necessary travel to New York. Should...

Federal immigration authorities made mass arrests of illegal migrant truck drivers along a single highway during a two-day operation in Oklahoma. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), working alongside the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, nabbed 70 illegal migrants along the I-40 interstate in late October, including 34 who were operating big-rig trucks in violation of state law, according to the agency. The massive bust follows an ongoing crackdown by the Trump administration against illegal migrant truck drivers. âFor the second time in just the past month, the state of Oklahoma and ICE have banded together to bolster public safety along Oklahomaâs highways,...

NEW YORK, NY â In the wake of his overwhelming election win that signalled a dramatic political shift in the United States, New York City Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani was reportedly horrified to wake up this morning and discover that he now had a job. The Ugandan-born socialist won a landslide victory on Tuesday over former Governor Andrew Cuomo, Republican Curtis Sliwa, and common sense, only to come to the stunning realization that he would now have to work. "I didn't think this through," Mamdani reportedly told one of his aides. "I was all excited about the campaign and wanted to...

VIDEOA lot of people are depressed in the wake of Zohran Mamdani's victory in the New York City mayor's race. Perhaps they are thinking short term. In the long term, his victory will just speed up the Democrat party collapse as, in the French Revolution, they eat their own. It's bound to happen and sooner rather than later. However, the biggest upside to Mamdani's victory is that his win inspired an HILARIOUS meme in the form of some very angry New York person screaming and cursing about Curtis Sliwa splitting the vote leading to the defeat of Andrew Cuomo. Check...

Kaohly Vang Her emerged victorious late Tuesday night in the St. Paul mayoral election, defeating incumbent Democratic Mayor Melvin Carter after a tabulation of second-choice votes, according to election results. Hereâs a serious question: Who on Godâs green earth made CNN believe it has the credibility to finger-wag at President Donald Trump over inflation after salivating over Bidenomics for four years? CNN Executive Editor David Goldman and Senior Reporter Matt Egan positioned themselves to lecture Trump over his recent 60 Minutes appearance on CBS where he said âWe have no inflationâ and âOur groceries are down,â which the network castigated as false. Of course, any journalist whoâs been following Trump around for any length of time knows he almost always speaks in hyperbole like a second language. But even so,...
