American troops have stormed a Mexican beach setting off a diplomatic firestorm amid soaring tensions after Donald Trump threatened to bomb the country.
US 'contractors' arrived by boat on Monday to 'Playa Bagdad', driving signs into the sand near where the Rio Grande empties into the Gulf of Mexico.
Alarmed witnesses quickly alerted officials and heavily-armed Mexican security personnel rushed to the scene on trucks mounted with machine guns in a terrifying standoff.

Sounds like it truly was a “terrifying standoff”. Good grief.
So now Mexican officials are saying “borders good”?
Maybe it was a Mexican standoff.
IBTZ?
Oops.
if true, this would interrupt all broadcasting networks and we’d see it on our tv screens
.....”..where the Rio Grande empties into the Gulf of Mexico..”
...that’s th’ “Guff of Amuricah,” dipwad.....!.
The story sounds bizarre. I don’t think invasion is the right word, but I didn’t title the article.
Apparently, we placed some signs on a beach.....
Okay, I say again, what?
We never went back to Mexico...and told our friends to stay away.
My boo boo, or rather auto correct. It was Elina. Go figure.
What’s really going on here is Mexico and Venezuela are becoming satellites of the CCP, and Trump aims to stop it.
Just got back from Cabo San Lucas, a detachment of heavily armed police on the road to La Paz at a check point. They had a large (SUV?) with what appeared to be a .50 cal on the back and all masked up, but none in Cabo San Lucas proper. There were several heavily armed police at Dallas/Ft Worth airport on the way down and back.
With real Mexicans!
Not buying this the US Military was sending a message...if they didn’t know says they are dazed and confused...
Wrong beach?
Looks like an embarrassing screwup for us. Oops.
Although I came imagine we might be doing a real invasion or raid in Mexico in the not-too-distant future.
Why is it an invasion if we go in with some signs, but they can pour over the border, park forever and demand freebies and that’s just peachy?
You are safe as long as on cartel resort properties and they have tentacles are in most of them. Resorts are their money laundering cash cow and they don’t want tourists scared and legit cash influx dry up. Away from the resorts you are on your own.
This has no been confirmed by the Pentagon, to the best of my knowledge.
