A student in North Carolina just got $20,000 richer. FOX News reports: North Carolina school district to issue apology, pay $20K to student suspended over ‘illegal alien’ comment. .....Snip...... The teen received a three-day suspension last year after asking his teacher if a conversation in class was centered around...

Ben Schrader, the Chief of the Criminal Division at the US Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Tennessee, quit in protest after a federal grand jury indicted Abrego Garcia. Schrader believed the federal case against Abrego Garcia was pursued for political reasons. “Earlier today, after nearly 15 years as an Assistant United States Attorney, I resigned as Chief of the Criminal Division at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Tennessee. It has been an incredible privilege to serve as a prosecutor with the Department of Justice, where the only job description I’ve ever known is to...

Kirk argues that feminization of males by schools and society is leading to a decline in mental health. A believer in "toxic masculinity" challenged Charlie Kirk to defend his position against the "hyper-feminization" of the West, and the challenge led to a thoughtful discussion, even if combative at times. The Turning Point USA founder took on students of the Oxford Union in the U.K. on May 20 about various topics, but one exchange about toxic masculinity was especially engrossing. 'We're actually living under a hyper-feminist West that is toxic. What does that mean? Speech police, feelings first, emotion over reason,...

Former DC Metropolitan Police Department Lieutenant Shane Lamond has been sentenced to 18 months in prison by crooked activist Judge Amy Berman Jackson for speaking to Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio in an attempt to prevent clashes between his group and Antifa militants. Lamond was arrested for telling Tarrio that the DC Police had a warrant out for his arrest for vandalizing a Black Lives Matter banner. Before his arrest, Lamond had been with the department for 22 years and served as supervisor of the Intelligence Branch for his last four years. Judge Berman-Jackson convicted Lamond in December 2024 for...

VIDEOI was on my way to the store this afternoon to pick up beer and ice cream for my Picanha BBQ party tomorrow waiting for the light to change at the corner of Pine Island and Commercial in Broward County. Suddenly I spotted a car making a left turn knock a kid off his bike. After a few suspenseful seconds in which I could not see the kid who was on the pavement, he finally got up apparently unharmed but not exactly happy. At this point I started recording the scene on my cell camera. Ultimately, although I wasn't sure...

An employee at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) who was involved in targeting conservative groups during the Obama administration is now leading the same IRS division, according to a new memo from the American Accountability Foundation (AAF) obtained exclusively by the Daily Caller News Foundation. Robert Choi served as the director of the IRS’s Tax-Exempt Organizations Rulings and Agreements division in 2010, when the agency began applying heightened scrutiny to organizations associated with the Tea Party movement seeking tax-exempt status, the AAF found. Despite this history, Choi was reportedly recently promoted to acting commissioner of the Tax Exempt and Government...

I just noticed something about Liberals from their various opinions regarding the Trump v. Musk feud. The Liberals tend to create conspiracies around what their behavior would be under the same circumstances. I assume many have observed this phenomenon before from previous examples.

A tipster brought MRC Business’s attention to some damning information about one of website traffic cop NewsGuard’s senior editors, which begs the question of why she was even hired in the first place. Dina Contini, who had previously served in various editorial roles at liberal outlet Reuters, currently serves as the senior managing editor of NewsGuard. However, it appears that Contini has a sordid history of being accused of creating hostile work environments and engaging in harassment. “In a ‘Management Conduct Notice’ that the journalists’ union sent on Sept. 21 [to Reuters’s top brass], it claimed Dina Kyriakidou Contini, the...

On Tuesday, U.S. District Judge Edgardo Ramos issued an order preserving a previous preliminary injunction blocking the Department of Education (DOE) from canceling extensions to states that allowed school districts to continue to access COVID-19-related funds. The far-left Obama appointed Ramos originally issued his injunction on May 6. In March, Education Secretary Linda McMahon informed the states that extensions previously granted were being rescinded. The extension directs the DOE to continue to process current and future funding requests “without delay.”

An Illinois YMCA is hosting an LGBT-themed camp for second graders alongside an activist organization that hands out so-called “gender-affirming” clothing items like “tucking underwear” and chest binders to anyone regardless of age. The Stephens Family YMCA in Champaign will host “Camp Kaleidoscope,” a program designed for “LGBTQ+ youth or youth who are part of LGBTQ+ families.” The camp is offered at a “privately rented residential space” in partnership with Uniting Pride of Champaign County, an activist organization that distributes clothing items meant to alter the physical appearance of people who identify as transgender. Two sessions will be offered: one...

VIDEOThe Ukraine War should much more accurately be called "The War of NATO Expansion." Or maybe the "TDS War." Or perhaps "The Proxy War Against Russia." "The Beyond STUPID War" is my personal favorite label.I've always been an avid reader and one of the books I read when I was fifteen was "The Guns of August" by Barbara Tuchman which detailed how World War I began. I was amazed at the time at how easily avoidable that war was by simply not following through on absurd entangling alliances. Unfortunately, although it is easy to start a war it is very...

In a bizarre twist of events, Democrats have begun calling for the release of the long-awaited Jeffrey Epstein files after Elon Musk claimed they contain bombshell revelations about President Donald Trump – even though the documents may backfire on the Party. In an apparent jab to the POTUS Thursday, Musk wrote: “Time to drop the really big bomb: @realDonaldTrump is in the Epstein files. That is the real reason they have not been made public. Have a nice day, DJT!” Time to drop the really big bomb:@realDonaldTrump is in the Epstein files. That is the real reason they have not...

Today my latest book, How Countries Go Broke: The Big Cycle , is being released. This note is to share what it says in a nutshell. To me, what matters most is conveying understanding at this critically important moment, so I want to pass the key ideas in extreme brevity in this note, as well as comprehensively in the book, and leave it to you decide how deep you want to go. Where I'm Coming FromI have been a global macro investor for over 50 years, have bet on government debt markets for nearly as long, and have done very...

Fox News has uncovered that almost every pardon and act of clemency Biden signed for over 1,500 criminals during his final weeks in office was via autopen. These included preemptive pardons for several members of his family, Anthony Fauci, and General Mark Milley. But Biden made an exception for the man he once called “the smartest guy I know”: his only surviving son, Hunter. In the document below, you can see Joe Biden’s crooked-looking signature. As TGP’s Kristinn Taylor previously reported, Joe Biden granted his son Hunter Biden a blanket pardon in the federal gun and tax cases against him...

The idea that Russia might still lose the war in Ukraine has become a kind of security blanket for Western elites – a comforting illusion clutched in think tanks, editorial pages, and official briefings long after the battlefield realities have changed. We are now well past the phase where optimism could be excused as ignorance. The facts are in. Ukraine is exhausted. The West is demoralized. And Russia, despite its many internal challenges, is grinding toward its war aims with brutal consistency.

Report: Iran ordered materials from China to produce hundreds of ballistic missiles Iran has ordered thousands of tons of ballistic missile components from China, with the aim of rebuilding its military power, The Wall Street Journal reported, citing sources familiar with the details of the deal between the two countries. The same sources said that in the coming months, shipments of the compound ammonium perchlorate are expected to arrive in Iran, which, when combined with fuel, can propel hundreds of ballistic missiles. According to one source, some of the materials may even be sent to pro-Iranian militias, including the Houthi...
