A student in North Carolina just got $20,000 richer.
His school district was forced to apologize to him and make the cash payment because he was suspended for using the term ‘illegal alien.’
The left is so triggered by the topic of illegal immigration, that you can’t even use accurate language when talking about the issue without someone going crazy.
FOX News reports:
North Carolina school district to issue apology, pay $20K to student suspended over ‘illegal alien’ comment.
.....Snip......
The teen received a three-day suspension last year after asking his teacher if a conversation in class was centered around “spaceship aliens” or “illegal aliens who need green cards” after he returned to the classroom from the restroom.
A Latino student present in the class reportedly “joked” that he was going to “kick Christian’s a–,” leading the teacher to escalate the situation to the assistant principal.

$20K is just a box of Skittles when the Dept of (Mis)Education is known to have Good & Plenty, but still, I rejoice with this young man for pushing the issue, and making the system eat their words. Good show!
Good, these sick people only understand one thing and that’s retribution. They are to stupid to learn so punishment in any way possible is the best we can hope for.
Good for our political campaigns. Use as an example.
In Michigan there was a bill formally introduced:
HOUSE BILL NO. 4474
A bill to amend 1931 PA 328, entitled
“The Michigan penal code,”
by amending section 147b (MCL 750.147b), as added by 1988 PA 371.
...the People of the State of Michigan enact:
Sec. 147b. (1) A person is guilty of ethnic intimidation a hate crime if that person does any of the following:
(( use A bill to amend 1931 PA 328, entitled
“The Michigan penal code,”
Sec. 147b. (1) A person is guilty of ethnic intimidation, a hate crime, if that person does any of the following: (my abridgement of list)....Refers to them by the wrong (c) Sex.
(d) Sexual orientation.
(e) Gender identity or expression.
The word “pronoun” does not even appear in the bill, which was recently passed by the Michigan House. Critics claim that since House Bill 4474 lists “intimidation” under the list of prohibited acts, someone could potentially be charged with a felony for using the wrong gender pronouns. It is not likely at all, and not that cut and dry, experts say.
A preferred pronoun is how someone likes to be referred to when not using their exact name. Examples of pronouns include he/him/his, she/her/hers, and non-gendered or nonbinary pronouns that are not gender specific, like they/them.
House Bill 4474 seeks to expand what constitutes as a hate crime in Michigan.

Yes. What a paradox, those Dems; Hard-Headed and Soft Brained!
I love it. I remember that back in the day. The kid should pull up at school blaring it on his car radio.
Last line in the article:
“Davidson County Board of Education”
It’s southwest of Greensboro, between Greensboro and Charlotte.
He should buy all of his classmates a shirt saying “Proud To Be An American” with a big American flag on it and a picture of Chucky Shumer chompin’ an avocado and guzzlin’ a Corona on the back
Because they want to cast their net as wide as possible.
"Excuse me, Miss. Can I help you?"
"Pardon me, Sir. Do you need any assistance?"
"Uh, Mr. Smith? This gentleman here wanted to speak with the manager."
No pronouns anywhere in those sentences! Instead, merely referring gets you a trip to jail.
Regards,
Good post. The legislators spent a lot of time figuring out how to trap non-woke people who thought they had “freedom of speech.”
I hope the school was also forced to wipe his record clean of the suspension.
That was part of the deal, that they wipe his record clean.
GOOD!
Otherwise, it’s all just virtue signaling while they’re sticking it to the student anyways.
