Fox News has uncovered that almost every pardon and act of clemency Biden signed for over 1,500 criminals during his final weeks in office was via autopen.
These included preemptive pardons for several members of his family, Anthony Fauci, and General Mark Milley.
But Biden made an exception for the man he once called “the smartest guy I know”: his only surviving son, Hunter.
In the document below, you can see Joe Biden’s crooked-looking signature.
As TGP’s Kristinn Taylor previously reported, Joe Biden granted his son Hunter Biden a blanket pardon in the federal gun and tax cases against him on December 1st of last year. The pardon, which covers any federal crimes by Hunter from 2014 to 2024, ended a case that was blown open by IRS whistleblowers who spoke out after the Biden Justice Department slow-walked an investigation into Hunter.
This allowed the statute of limitations to pass on some charges, and Hunter got a sweetheart plea deal that an incredulous federal judge in Delaware ultimately rejected.
This resulted in Attorney General Merrick Garland appointing a special counsel in the case. Incredibly, Garland appointed Robert Weiss, the same federal prosecutor who sabotaged the Hunter case.
The pardon absolves Hunter of any possible drug involvement, sex trafficking, lobbying, bribery, foreign agent, or other crimes involving Ukraine and several other foreign governments or companies, including China.

I believe he announced the last ones...including Hunter's, Jc etc to the media. That's all it takes.
Wake the F@#$ up. BeijingBiden did not USE the autopen a’tall. It was used by his grifters in the WHouse and he probably was unaware of it all as he has, for years, been unaware of anything. His being out of it is probably how Jill found it so easy to commission DJT’s assassination.
Correct, they don’t have to be signed. But he does have to actually say it and specify what he’s granting & to whom, not just talk about it
Potato didn’t know how to work the autopen so he had to sign the only pardon he cared about by hand.

If Biden is non compos mentis everything he says is invalid on its face.
Biden was of such unsound mind that his Thanksgiving pardon of a turkey was not valid.

Did he actually read this aloud? Otherwise, it’s just a typed statement, with or without his consent.
And the "he was senile" argument isn't going to cut it. You can't do the "just watch the video of him in the debate, or watch this or that video compilation to prove it.". That would go nowhere in a court. You'd contemporaneous examinations by multiple doctors willing to testify that he was mentally incompetent, and likely more than that.
No chance.

Yes, but the fact that Biden signed his son’s pardon, and the others were autopenned, constitutes evidence that Biden in his demented state, had no knowledge of these other pardons whatsoever.
If there was a quid pro quo exchange for the pardons, then that would seal the evidence of fraud.

This is the way Biden’s signature looks that is on the certificate from my husband’s burial at the National Cemetery in Canton, GA in April 2021. There isn’t a date on the certificate. I don’t know what the auto pen signature looks like.
I THINK that certificate was given to me at the burial but I wouldn’t swear to it - a difficult day. I do remember our son in law saying - “can’t we get one with a different signature?” Jokingly of course but NOT REALLY!
What quid quo pro?? No signature needed. Those pardon "certificates" are for the public record.

Let us see what they say first—not the public version—but the unredacted actual reports.

It is true that Biden read some pardons aloud at a podium.
Many others did not have that kind of clear documentation.
