More than 11,000 Los Angeles Department of Water and Power customers and more than 5,000 Southern California Edison customers were powerless as of 9:45 a.m. LADWP customers in Mar Vista, Palm, Venice, South Los Angeles, Rancho Park and Cheviot Hills were primarily affected.     It's Friday and I'm feeling great! I want to get Freeper's opinion on something that I've noticed as of late. Has the Drudge Report jumped the shark? The content of his site has been very lame and late in posting. With the political "spit balls" firing back and forth, it seems that his coverage has not been good. It appears to me as a trend. Just my opinion but I would like to hear yours.
