BOZEMAN, Montana — Nine felony cases connected to a game of “Crime Bingo” played by Bozeman Police Department officers will not be prosecuted, said Gallatin County Attorney Audrey Cromwell. “It’s a tough call, but dismissal of the cases is the best way to protect the defendant’s constitutional due process rights and to ensure procedural fairness in those cases,” said Cromwell in a statement. Bozeman Police Chief Jim Veltkamp revealed the “Crime Bingo” during an April 18 press conference, saying an independent review concluded “that zero of the cases had been affected by the game.” Cromwell announced last week that four...

The last presidential debate collapsed a candidate's campaign completely. It was the first domino to fall, setting in motion a coup to oust a senile octogenarian and install in his stead a younger DEI hire, who's just as incompetent, but at least she has a pulse. Mere weeks after the Democrats DNR'ed Joe Biden's presidential campaign, Donald Trump and Kamala Harris will duke it out on the debate stage as their respective parties' nominees. Kamala, seeking her stand-out moment, will likely attempt to reproduce another "I'm speaking!" soundbite, and feminists the world over will quiver at the thought of all...

BESSEMER, Ala. — Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall held a press conference Wednesday to address raids at 14 illegal bingo facilities in five cities, including unincorporated Jefferson County. The Attorney General’s Office worked with ALEA, FBI, and DEA to shut down the facilities that had more than 2,400 illegal slot machines combined. "If you drive around where these halls are located, you will notice they're raking in tens, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars a month," Marshall said. "They're not lifting these communities up. Fox News contributor and former Trump adviser Kellyanne Conway said Wednesday on Fox Business Network’s “Kudlow” that voters want a president to talk about their grievances, not his own, like the former president’s remarks about suspending the Constitution over the 2020 presidential election. Host Larry Kudlow said, “This business about suspending the Constitution because we learned there was free speech by finagling with Twitter. I mean, come on. You don’t suspend the Constitution. And he’s got to get off 2020. He just has to.” Conway said, “Look, I think elections are always about the future, not the past. People want...

Long seconds dragged on but no one stepped out of the crowd. A policeman checked the crowd and finally yelled, "A PRIEST, PLEASE! Isn't there a priest in this crowd to give this man his last rites?" Finally, out of the crowd stepped a little old Jewish man in his 80s. "Mr. Policeman," said the man, "I'm not a priest. I'm not even a Christian. But for 50...

PART ONE The Department of Justice has announced it’s mounting a full-scale operation to arrest and charge people who broke into the Capitol on January 6. There will be a wide-ranging menu of charges, starting with criminal trespass, and moving all the way to weapons possession, theft of National Security data, assault, and sedition. The DOJ list of charges is meant to impress the American people. Aprofessor of medicine at Stanford University has warned that the only way to fully eliminate COVID-19 from the population will be to effectively destroy society itself, a price tag he said was too high for the goal of beating the deadly disease. Jay Bhattacharya recently made that grim pronouncement during a virtual roundtable with Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and several other public health experts. Bhattacharya over the last few months has been an outspoken critic of many of the ongoing COVID-19 lockdowns and mitigation measures that were first imposed in March of this year.
