The U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) disclosed today that it infiltrated the world’s second most prolific ransomware gang, a Russia-based criminal group known as ALPHV and BlackCat. The FBI said it seized the gang’s darknet website, and released a decryption tool that hundreds of victim companies can use to recover systems. Meanwhile, BlackCat responded by briefly “unseizing” its darknet site with a message promising 90 percent commissions for affiliates who continue to work with the crime group, and open season on everything from hospitals to nuclear power plants.

Somebody at Houthi central command has a great sense of humor or has been chewing a lot of khat.I vote for the latter, but perhaps I underestimate our friends who own the Red Sea at the moment. The logo on the plane reads: "God Is Great, Death to America, Death to Israel, Curse on the Jews, Victory to Islam". The Houthi motto. @JoeBiden delisted the Houthis as a terrorist group within days of taking office. Be sure to thank him and @TheDemocrats for their foreign policy https://t.co/ooNaeKtlMH— Joel Pollak (@joelpollak) December 19, 2023Jazz has written multiple times about the current state...

Several family members of US citizens believed to have been taken hostage by Hamas had asked to attend a Hanukkah reception at the White House Monday night but never received invitations, the father of a 19-year-old missing Israeli American told CNN. Ruby Chen, whose son Itay is a reservist missing since the militant group’s October 7 attacks on Israel, said a number of the families of American hostages were in Washington, DC, this week, and had reached out to the White House asking to attend the reception but were not invited. ... There are still seven American men and one...

White House national security adviser Jake Sullivan on Monday said the U.S. is consulting with allies on "appropriate action" in response to the latest Houthi drone and missile attacks in the Red Sea. "We have made clear that the entire world needs to step up together, not the U.S. alone, but all of us working together to deal with this emerging challenge that the Houthis present, backed by Iran. We're going to take appropriate action in consultation with others and we will do so at a time and place of our choosing." Three commercial ships came under attack in the...

Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-Ala.) dug into President Biden’s border policies Monday, arguing they will result in 9/11-style attacks “every few weeks.” “The Biden administration … is going to get us in so much trouble,” Tuberville said in an interview with Newsmax’s “The Balance.” “We’re going to have a 9/11 attack every few weeks if we don’t watch it.” “It is out of control, but this group could care less,” Tuberville continued, adding later, “I was an educator, and I’m up here, watching what’s going on — I’m thinking … who cares? Who cares about the American people? Who cares about...

From 2007 to the present (2023), there have been more fatal bear attacks in Japan than in the United States. It is possible there have been more total bear attacks in Japan than in the United States, but records of total attacks are not as clear. Through the end of October of 2023, there were 180 bear attacks where a person was injured in Japan. From JapanNews:Tokyo, Nov. 1 (Jiji Press)—The number of people attacked by bears in Japan between April and October totaled 180, already a record high on a fiscal year basis since the statistics started in fiscal...

We must demand immediate action, and take serious responsibility over our own safety. In a recent article I pointed out that the conflict in Israel is very important, but it’s a distraction from another major goal: an attack against the United States that would make 9/11 pale in comparison. Remember, Israel is the “Little Satan” but the U.S. is the “Great Satan.” Jean DuBois makes a similar point. Though the world now rightly focuses on Israel, the world’s sole Jewish state is largely irrelevant as regards the real threat to world peace: militant Islam. If you really want to address...

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky is warning Ukrainians to prepare for another winter of war as Russia ramps up its attacks in recent weeks. “We are almost halfway through November, and we must be prepared for the possibility that the enemy may increase the number of drone or missile strikes against our infrastructure,” Zelensky said in a Sunday video address. “Russia is preparing for winter. And in Ukraine, all our attention should be focused on defense, on response to terrorists, on everything Ukraine can do to make it easier for our people to get through this winter and to increase the...

“Random” stabbing sprees and knife attacks are on a steady and marked rise in Germany, and for some reason, German leaders, politicians, and officials don’t seem too keen to dissect and solve a very non-complex problem. Instead, they’ve offered “tips” on what to do if you find yourself at the receiving end of a crazed person with a knife, reported by Thomas Brooke at Remix News: Try to get away, or “keep your distance” from the attacker. “Shout” or “scream” at your attacker—but it must be louder than their allahu akbar shrieks. (Okay, I added that second part, because we...

A top Hamas military commander has broken ranks to criticise the terror group’s leaders, claiming that its barbaric October 7 attacks were never supposed to target Israeli civilians. In an exclusive interview with The Mail on Sunday, the leader of a battalion of 400 Hamas terrorists claimed that the initial plan was to kill Israeli soldiers and take some troops hostage. But he said that orders were changed at the last minute by Hamas political leaders which led to the savage rape, torture and murder of more than 1,400 children, women and men. Hundreds of Israelis were taken hostage back...

Republican Senator and Committee Vice Chair Susan Collins recently asked Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin about a New York Times report that “Iranian-backed terrorists continue to attack U.S. forces in the region.” Here is the exchange:COLLINS: Secretary Austin, as you indicated in your opening remarks, Iranian backed terrorist proxy groups in the region have launched numerous drone and rocket attacks against our forces, U.S. forces in Syria and Iraq. According to press reports, there have been at least 20 such attacks and 19 U.S. service members have been wounded. It’s imperative that Iran and its proxy groups understand that they...

Joe Biden is at his Delaware beach house this weekend on yet another one of his vacations, as everything is imploding in the Middle East. You would think he didn't have a care in the world as he shuffled along the beach with his wife. Americans are still being held hostage by Hamas terrorists — and Joe Biden is at the beach pic.twitter.com/uQDmIbFTYo— RNC Research (@RNCResearch) October 22, 2023Not only do you have the Israeli-Hamas war. A grandmother was savagely mauled by three pit bulls while walking down a neighborhood in Austin, Texas. The brutal attack left Maria Perez, 55, with wounds requiring more than 100 stitches and now the family says they want justice. On Monday, Perez was taking an evening stroll with her nephew near her home in Round Rock. A neighbor opened their front door and three aggressive pit bulls leaped out. The dogs started running towards Perez and her nephew. The pair were chased down a dead-end street but the nephew was able to leap out of the way, which left the...

Harvard, Yale, and all the “best” academic institutions have been fatally compromised for decades. At some point, they went full anti-American, anti-Western, and radical revolutionary. Every time you hear “decolonize,” “diversity,” or “systemic whatever,” know that what they are saying is that they support revolutionary violence. That is literally what they mean. ... Sure, it’s true that not every person who teaches or works at an academic institution is an insane hater of all that is good and decent, but the administrations at those institutions are working hard to make it so. The institutions as a whole are rabidly anti-Western,...

Progressives are facing backlash over their initial responses to the attacks on Israel by Hamas militants, revealing the degree to which they’re at odds with others in the Democratic caucus over the issue. Members of the Squad such as Reps. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.) and Cori Bush (D-Mo.) took heat from fellow Democrats this week over statements criticized for being too tepid in the wake of the violent attacks against Israeli civilians. Meanwhile, after mounting pressure, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) condemned the “bigotry and callousness” at a pro-Palestinian rally aligned with the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) in New York City.

Social-media users have blamed the Biden administration's move to free up frozen Iranian funds in a prisoner-exchange for playing a role in the Hamas attacks in Israel. On Saturday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared in a video address that "we are at war" after gunmen from the Palestinian militant group Hamas launched a surprise attack, infiltrating southern Israel from the Gaza Strip. Videos appeared to show Palestinian militants shooting at passersby in the streets of the Israeli town of Sderot, and Palestinian rocket fire from Gaza has killed one Israeli woman. Amid the most-serious escalation in the country since...
