The defense for former "Empire" actor, Jussie Smollett, rested their case on Tuesday after Smollett testified that the brothers involved in what prosecutors argued was a feigned hate crime were "liars." "They're liars," Smollett said of the brothers as he testified on Tuesday, according to NBC News. "They also said I had something to do with it, and I didn't." The prosecution has argued that Smollett staged a “fake hate crime” against himself by hiring two brothers, Abimbola and Olabinjo Osundairo, to stage a fake attack against him in 2019.

Now that it is confirmed Joseph Rosenbaum was one of the people shot and killed by alleged gunman Kyle Rittenhouse in Kenosha, I filmed him earlier in the night taunting the armed civilians, saying, "Shoot me, n***a."

Yet a 17-year-old attacker had “a revolver, a pistol, a hunting rifle, and two grenades” on his person at the high school in Grasse. The report of “grenades” is a reminder that all the gun control in the world–even complete confiscation of every firearm ever made–would not stop a determined attacker; this is because determined attackers find other weapons–like trucks in Nice or, in this case, grenades–and are prepared to use those weapons against unarmed, defenseless civilians.

I set about gathering reports on the Islamic advance across the West with the plan to write up one week's worth of information. Two Detroiters targeted by attackers shot and killed those attackers in separate incidents Saturday. It was shortly after midnight when two men approached a woman in the driveway of her home on Abbington Street on Detroit's west side, and attempted to carjack her. The woman, who has a permit to carry, pulled out a gun and fired several shots at the men. One of her would-be carjackers was killed. Gunmen threw grenades and opened fire Saturday killing at least 10 people in an attack targeting non-Muslims at an upscale mall in Kenya's capital that was hosting a children's day event, witnesses said. A local hospital was overwhelmed with the number of wounded being brought in hours after the attack, so they had to divert them to a second facility. Twin teenage brothers arrested in an attack at an Albuquerque home are suing the homeowner, whose son was smashed in the face with a baseball bat during the incident.
