WASHINGTON Michigan Democratic Senator Carl Levin has refused to budge on the nomination of the head of the Justice Department's new anti-terrorism division. However, it's not because of any complaint about the nominee but it's an effort to try to force the Justice Department's hand on another matter.Levin has been pressing the Bush administration to supply more information from F-B-I agents who reported witnessing aggressive interrogations of detainees at a Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, Defense Department facility.Kenneth Wainstein has no opposition for his nomination and is only waiting for the Senate to confirm him as the department head.
