I recently had a COVID19 antibody test performed by Labcorp. The result was positive for SARS-CoV-2 antibodies with a "Semi-Quant Total Ab" of 506.8 U/ml. And there's the rub...what does this mean? Is it good, bad or indifferent? The report doesn't say and my PCP says there no data available yet that would allow him to grade the result.
