A sculpted and polished phallus found in a German cave is among the earliest representations of male sexuality ever uncovered, researchers say. The 20cm-long, 3cm-wide stone object, which is dated to be about 28,000 years old, was buried in the famous Hohle Fels Cave near Ulm in the Swabian Jura. A STONE phallus 28,000 years-old has been discovered in a cave in Baden-Wuertemberg in southern Germany, the University of Tubingen said today. In assembling 14 stone fragments, found last year in the Hohle Fels cave, archeologists rebuilt the phallus, which is 20 centimetres long and three centimetres wide. It will be on display at the prehistoric museum in Blaubeuren, starting on Monday.
