Assembly refuses to return budget repair bill to committee The Assembly voted 56-39 to reject returning the guv's budget repair bill to committee after some eight hours of debate. Freshman Rep. Tom Larson of Colfax was the only Republican to join Dems in voting to send the bill back to committee. Dems went to caucus following the vote.
