Vacaville mother and anti-war protester Cindy Sheehan plans to go to the State Capitol today to ask Gov. Schwarzenegger to pull California's National Guard troops out of Iraq. So far, the governor's office has not agreed to meet with Sheehan. Sheehan has toured the nation protesting the war since her son, Casey, died in Iraq last year.
