An Interview With a Hamas Spokesman The Egyptian al-Ahram Weekly recently printed a telephone interview with Hamas spokesman and leader Khaled Mesh’al from Damascus. Mesh’al survived an Israeli assassination attempt while in Jordan in 1997.
