MSNBC president Phil Griffin apologized Thursday after host Chris Matthews called Charles and David Koch “pigs” in a segment with Rep. Ed Markey Wednesday. Griffin apologized for Matthews’ “crass language” to Mark Holden, general counsel for Koch Industries, Inc., according to Newsbusters.
