MOSCOW - The head of the government in Russia’s war-torn Chechnya was seriously injured in a car crash in Moscow, the NTV television channel said on Friday. Chechen Prime Minister Sergei Abramov was hospitalised after his car collided with a truck outside the Russian capital overnight, the television channel said.
