Director Andy Serkis took the anti-communist classic Animal Farm and turned it into an anti-capitalist children’s movie complete with fart jokes. The result? Well, God bless America, it was humiliated at the box office with a catastrophic $3.4 million debut weekend, even though it opened on 2,600 screens. Woke fails again. Not even an all-star voice cast could save it. Seth Rogen, Steve Buscemi, Glenn Close, Kieran Culkin, Woody Harrelson, and Kathleen Turner all contributed to this $35 million humiliation, and that doesn’t include promotion costs. Serkis attended the Animal Farm premiere, attacking President Trump with a red hat that...

It is unclear when or where the woman's violent demonstration took place, however the footage was previously uploaded in September. While sporting the golden rule on her back, she ferociously beat a pinata...

It’s a few days after the election this November, and the results have become clear: Democrats have netted the four seats they need to claim a Senate majority. But then there’s a disturbance in the force: Senate Republicans and President Donald Trump persuade Sen. John Fetterman (D-Pa.) to switch parties or at least become an independent to ensure Republicans retain power in the chamber. It’s a scenario that’s becoming less fantastical by the day. The political environment is curdling for Republicans, and the quiet campaign to lure Fetterman across the aisle is underway. Trump has made the sell, offering his...

Fauxcahontas got her wish. Elitist ghoul Elizabeth Warren has long held a grudge against people who earn their money. The multimillionaire senior senator from Massachusetts has a net worth of several million dollars but likes to pretend that she's down with the struggle like us regular folk. Yeah... no. Like all wealthy leftists, Warren has little care for those of us who work for a living. She also has a frothing hatred for corporations that earn money and provide jobs. This is from my HotAir colleague David Strom: My wife and I were regular flyers on Spirit, and we actually...

You know what's ironic? All the Canadians who didn't have kids to keep the environment pristine are now importing workers from countries where garbage is dumped directly into rivers. Coquitlam, British Columbia: Indian immigrant washes clothes in the river, using harmful detergents. Locals shout out to him that the detergent will affect the salmon and other wildlife. Woman 1: We don't put soap in the river! There's salmon. There's all sorts of fish. This is a protected area! Please no laundry detergent in this area! Woman 2: You're poisoning the fish! We're calling the police! Woman 1: We don't do...

The battle over reparations for racial minorities in the United States has grown somewhat quiet in recent years, but it's not because proponents of it have surrendered. It's because they have already won. The list of ways in which our government redistributes wealth to minorities is long, as you’ll see below, but first, it's worth paying attention to something that Democratic strategist James Carville said recently.Referring to packing the Supreme Court and making Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico states, should Democrats retake power, the cagey old Cajun said, "Don't run on it. Don't talk about it. Just do it."I posit...

GFN – LONDON: The World Gold Council reported that central banks added a net 244 tons of gold during the first quarter of 2026, the fastest accumulation pace in more than a year despite heightened price volatility across global precious-metals markets. The World Gold Council said net purchases rose from 208 tons in the previous quarter, with buying activity concentrated in March as prices declined sharply from record highs reached earlier in the year, according to its Gold Demand Trends report (via BBG). Poland, Uzbekistan, and China led the accumulation, taking advantage of softer prices following a sustained rally that...

The United Kingdom, and the West in general, is deep in the throes of a severe spiritual malady. Large numbers of people in these historically Christian nations have cast off their ancestral faith, but haven’t managed to find anything that even comes close to filling the spiritual void they have opened up in their lives by doing so. Meanwhile, they’re constantly told that while their own history and heritage is full of slavery, oppression, and racism, the Muslim migrants who are arriving in Britain (and all over the West) in large numbers are bringing with them a noble, unsullied faith,...

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (AP) — The U.S. military said Monday that two American-flagged merchant ships had successfully transited the Strait of Hormuz after it launched a new plan to restore traffic. Iran has effectively closed the critical waterway since the U.S. and Israel launched the war in late February.U.S. President Donald Trump's new initiative to break Iran's chokehold has escalated the standoff. The U.S. military denied Iran's claims that it had struck an American Navy vessel. The United Arab Emirates meanwhile issued its first missile alert since a ceasefire reached in early April and accused Iran of targeting an...

Director Spike Lee, in a recent interview with CNN, called the United State Supreme Court’s 6-3 ruling declaring a race-based redistricting map in Louisiana an “attack on voters.” “They’re going to be movies and documentaries about this period of the United States of America. With this guy in the White House — just down the block, right?” Spike Lee said of President Donald Trump. “It’s not the first this country’s been through stuff. And it’s found a better way to live and we gotta work at it.” “Let’s realize, black folks, we got a lot of our stuff through voting,”...

Europe will not submit to a more “brutal world”, and can instead be the base from which a new international order can be rebuilt, Mark Carney, the Canadian prime minister, has said. Carney was speaking as the first non-European leader to attend a meeting of the European Political Community, which opened on Monday amid high tensions in the strait of Hormuz and renewed doubts about the US commitment to Nato. “We don’t think that we’re destined to submit to a more transactional, insular and brutal world, and gatherings such as these point to a better way forward,” he said. In...

Federal prosecutors’ stunning indictment of a left-wing activist group for alleged financial crimes is reverberating in Georgia’s 2026 Senate race, with Republicans targeting Sen. Jon Ossoff, D-Ga., for his past ties to the organization. The Department of Justice brought criminal charges against the Southern Poverty Law Center in April for allegedly defrauding its donors by secretly transferring money to extremist groups with the goal of infiltrating and monitoring their activities. Ossoff, the most vulnerable Senate Democrat running for re-election in 2026, is endorsed by the law center’s 501(c)(4) arm. The group contributed more than $700,000 to his campaign account in...

Ashkan Asadian, an Iranian British man, chased the perpetrator of last week’s antisemitic stabbing attack in north London’s Golders Green neighborhood and helped one of the victims flee by distracting the terrorist, Asadian told the BBC. Security camera footage from the Wednesday attack showed the perpetrator, identified by police as 45-year-old Somali-born UK national Essa Suleiman, stabbing Moshe Shine, 76, next to a bus stop. A passerby, identified by the BBC as Asadian, can be seen running in the direction of the attacker. “Maybe I can save someone’s life,” Asadian, 61, recalled thinking at the time… Asadian, a naturalized British...

The online theory is simple: Hilaria Baldwin faked pregnancies to sell the perfect mom brand. Her Spanish scandal matters because it proved she could build a whole identity around a lie. The bump videos went viral because people think they’re seeing props, not pregnancy. BRIEFING Jett here. There’s a really bizarre conspiracy theory floating around online that Hilaria Baldwin faked six of her seven pregnancies. Yes, that sounds insane, I get it. But once you remember that this is the same woman who built a whole Spanish persona while being born Hillary Hayward-Thomas from Massachusetts, the fake prego theory starts...
