NASSAU COUNTY, Long Island (WABC) -- Police have charged a man with murder after he allegedly stabbed two women to death in Nassau County. Rony Yahir Alvarenga Rivera, 22, turned himself in to police and was taken into custody. The two women were stabbed to death at different locations.
