In 911 recordings, the two men involved in a road rage incident give chilling details of what happened to them on Interstate 587 Monday morning. The Wilson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident that left one driver, Isaiah Quawi Farden, 20, of Greenville, crashed and the other, Anthony Alan Cape, 39, of Goldsboro, shot and in critical condition. The first call lasts just over four minutes and is from Cape at 7:15 a.m. Yelling, Cape can be heard using multiple expletives and a racial slur, saying he had just been shot by a man with an “AR.” During the...

With brilliant intelligence and close U.S. and Israeli cooperation and coordination, Operation Epic fury is systematically dismantling the terrorist regime of Iran’s ayatollahs. And as if in a game of chess, the war has reshaped the Middle East, (a consistent source of hostilities), into a more peaceful and orderly part of the world. It has also demolished fears of Russian and Chinese intervention on behalf of the regime. (Russia’s too broke and China’s grasp is less than its reach.) Indeed China, which depended on Iran and Venezuelan oil, is unlikely to make good for a while if ever on its...

DENVER — It’s been nearly two months since Renee Good was fatally shot by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent in her car in Minneapolis. Neither President Donald Trump nor any member of his administration has been in touch with Good’s family since, they told NBC News on Thursday. “There’s a reason that we hired our own investigators — to make sure that the truth is transparent and available, to make sure that this is really taken seriously and to make sure that we know what occurred,” Brent Ganger, Good’s brother, said.

Iran posed an “intolerable risk” to the U.S. with its missile threat and, during negotiations, wouldn’t accept “free nuclear fuel forever” – all of which led up to Saturday’s attack on Tehran. Senior administration officials briefed reporters on the hours leading up to “Operation Epic Fury.” One official described Iran’s missile inventory and said it posed “an intolerable risk to the United States.” The US had “indicators” that Tehran was going to launch a preemptive strike against American assets in the region, pointing to Iran’s retaliatory strikes on US bases in the region, including ones in Qatar, Kuwait, the United...

Grifter Shaun King, known by many as Talcum X or one of many other nicknames, used to be a Christian pastor but converted to Islam with his wife in 2024. Now that it's looking like Ayatollah Khamenei has been "martyred," King says that Khamenei's death will have been an honorable one. (snip)How many times has he had to name replacements in the last year? He's going to run out of folks willing to be cannon fodder to cover for him.

The arrest of Prince Andrew in the UK made worldwide headlines. What made fewer headlines was the tenuousness of the charges: “misconduct in public office”. Andrew was one of the few Epstein associates who could be most directly linked to the dead sex offender’s hobby. But “misconduct in public office” is an ambiguous charge based on his association with Epstein rather than any crimes against girls that he may have committed. And that’s par for the course. Apart from Ghislaine Maxwell, who was convicted of charges related to Epstein’s abuse of underage girls, no one has been held accountable for...

As he explains in his deep-dive meditation on faith and philosophy, “Why I Am Not an Atheist,” the spirit told him to put his trust in God. ..The visits continued for years. Beha was raised Catholic, on New York’s Upper East Side, by a very bookish family that sent him to Princeton. ..Beha debates the old masters: Descartes, Kant, Locke, Mill, Hobbes, Camus, Nietzsche and many, many others, but he starts with a poke at the “New Atheists” Sam Harris, Richard Dawkins, Christopher Hitchens and the like — all of them now passé, in his view. Some years ago in...

For decades, Iran managed to bluff American presidents. It deterred attacks from a superpower and carried out proxy campaigns against its neighbors and Israel. Our strikes on Iran on Saturday are evidence that this long-term strategy of negotiating in bad faith is bankrupt. The military campaign underway is the direct result of Iranian leaders’ foot-dragging, obfuscation and delay tactics. This time, they misjudged the president. The path to today began in 2020, when President Trump made the decision to strike then Maj. Gen. Qassim Suleimani, an Iranian military leader who masterminded attacks against American people and facilities in the Middle...

Democrats were outraged that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents wore masks while arresting illegal alien criminals inside the U.S. and, as a result, slashed the budget for the entire Department of Homeland Security. This government shutdown continues today, even as threats against the United States grow. It persists as Democrats’ President Autopen’s open-border policies allowed all manner of jihadists, weirdos, pedophiles, and even innocent child slaves to vanish within what are now hardened U.S. borders. And now, the attack on Iran has intensified the risk of an attack on America's homeland. Let's take a moment to appreciate this irony...
