$700 million was sent in luggage to Somalia in the past two years. That’s quite a bit of walking-around money.

This amazes me. Among other things, Said ran a restaurant where he claimed he fed 5000 children a day.
Seriously? No federal official thought to pop in, and give the place a quick check? Was there no oversight at all?
