The Hochul administration is being accused of covering up crimes in prisons by downgrading attacks committed by inmates against guards as “harassment” or “disruptive behavior” instead of assaults. A bombshell Dec. 31, 2025 memo issued by the state Corrections Department’s deputy commissioner Michael D’Amore lays out examples of what constitutes an assault and what’s considered the lower classification of harassment or disruptive behavior. “The Department has redefined the Unusual Incident (UI) category, and created harassment as a reportable UI,” D’Amore said in the memo sent to all prison superintendents and watch commanders. For example, an inmate who rips off the...

PAID Protesters. The Timeline Doesn’t Add Up. Here me out Maduro was captured around 2 AM on a Saturday in Venezuela. By 7 AM, protesters around America were already marching in the streets with professionally printed signs. Perfect fonts. High-quality printing. Unified messaging. That doesn’t happen in a few hours. That takes planning, money, and coordination. So who lined it up? Who paid for it? And why was it ready before most Americans were even awake?

The mother of Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s new renters’ rights honcho — who has come under fire for dubbing homeownership “a weapon of white supremacy” — is a professor at a prestigious college and has a $1.6 million home. Office of Tenant Protection Director Cea Weaver’s mom, Celia Applegate, teaches German studies at Vanderbilt University and owns a pricey classic Craftsman home just south of the main strip in Nashville, Tennessee. Appelgate bought the property with her partner, David Blackbourn, during July 2012 for $814,000 and real estate websites now list the pad’s value at more than $1.6 million, records show....

In one of his first actions as mayor, Zohran Mamdani relaunched the Office to Protect Tenants and appointed Cea Weaver as its director. Weaver, a fellow member of the Democratic Socialists of America, has claimed homeownership is a “weapon of white supremacy” and clamored to “seize private property!” How Weaver plans to navigate the little problem of constitutionally protected property rights is left unclear. But in the words of the mayor on election night, “there is no problem too large for government to solve, and no concern too small for it to care about.” It’s sad but unsurprising Weaver has...

Hilton said Tuesday it is dissolving its relationship with a Minnesota hotel that sparked backlash from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for denying federal immigration agents from booking accommodations. “The independent hotel owner had assured us that they had fixed this problem and published a message confirming this. A recent video clearly raises concerns that they are not meeting our standards and values,” the company wrote in a statement on the social platform X. “As such, we are taking immediate action to remove this hotel from our systems. Hilton is — and has always been — a welcoming place...

Seattle’s dating scene ranked in the top five among more than 180 U.S. cities, driven largely by its high score for dating opportunities. Analyzing data across 35 dating-friendliness indicators, the study identified three top categories that contributed to the final list of best cities for singles, according to WalletHub. “The already difficult process of finding the perfect partner can be made even tougher when cities lack the conditions necessary to make dating successful,” WalletHub analyst Chip Lupo stated. “The best cities for singles have large, gender-balanced single populations, along with a wide variety of indoor and outdoor, daytime and nighttime...

WASHINGTON, Jan 6 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump said on Tuesday that Republicans must win the 2026 congressional midterm elections - or else he will get impeached by Democrats. "You gotta win the midterms 'cause, if we don't win the midterms, it's just gonna be - I mean, they'll find a reason to impeach me," Trump told Republican lawmakers at a retreat in Washington. "I'll get impeached." Ahead of the November elections, which could stall his agenda and expose him to congressional investigations, Trump teased and prodded allies who narrowly control the U.S. House of Representatives. VIDEOHere it is. FIVE YEARS after January 6, 2021. For Liberals a very sad day because it did NOT turn out as they planned. They had hoped that their media aided crafting of the events of J6 would forever discredit President Donald Trump and MAGA. At first they thought their plan worked to the extent that Sleepy Joe early in 2021 gloated that perhaps the GOP wouldn't even exist by the following election. Unfortunately, inconvenient facts about J6 began trickling out from REAL journalists until the flood of suppressed information convinced the public to reject the Democrat J6 fictions by...
