Conservative analyst and Newsmax contributor Michael Reagan, adopted son of Ronald Reagan, died Sunday in Los Angeles, according to a statement released by his family. He was 80.

Article is wrong. Cameron was his son, Ashley was his daughter.

My personal introduction to Michael Reagan was in June 1984, Ketchikan Alaska, when he and two others left the most southern portion of the dock for a 700 mile speed boat trip down the "Inside Passage" to Seattle. They hoped to complete the trip in 12-14 hours

The official final time for the 700-mile powerboat run from Ketchikan, Alaska, to Seattle in 1984, completed by Mike Reagan (President Reagan's son), was 13 hours, 55 minutes, and 24 seconds. This time was recognized as a record for the "inland passage" between the two cities by the American Power Boat Association. The team experienced a delay for repairs and the loss of one engine during the latter part of the trip, making the journey slightly longer than initially hoped.

RIP. He had some interesting stories of life in the Reagan household.

A friend of mine was the station engineer at Michael’s show when he was in LA, and despite their polar opposite political views, Mike shared some interesting personal stories. Some of it was pretty sad.

RIP Michael Reagan. Used to hear him on LA radio frequently.

He was way better than Reagan’s biological kids, who are typical California leftists. But unless you consider Bush Establishment GOP to be “conservative”, Michael Reagan wasn’t much of one.

Celebrate the life of another great American!

At least Michael lived long enough to see President Trump take the Oval Office TWICE.

He lived long enough to have a President who loves America as much as his father, President Ronald Reagan.

Michael Reagan's adoptive mother was actress Jane Wyman.

Apparently, not much of a mother to him. She was busy acting, leaving Mike with his sister, or off at boarding school. He moved to live with Ronald and Nancy full time when he was 14.

Very true. When Trump was reelected, I immediately thought of a couple friends I had recently lost and thought, "Man, I wish they could be here to celebrate this night"!
