Under the Biden-Harris Administration, there has been an unconstitutional and relentless attack on the Second Amendment rights and privacies of American citizens. In September 2023, gun-grabbing organizations and far Left politicians including New York Attorney General Letitia James cheered on the creation of a new Merchant Category Code (MCC) for firearms retailers within the payment processing system.... The creation of MCCs specifically for firearms retailers is weaponizing the financial system against lawful gun owners by seeking to label and track transactions on firearms and ammunition. To counteract this infringement on our rights, we introduced the Protecting Privacy in Purchases Act.......

A dietary health committee from the Biden-Harris administration is poised to issue guidelines for people in the United States recommending that plant-based proteins supplant animal-based proteins, such as beef, chicken, and eggs. The recommendations from the Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee, which are reevaluated every five years, are slated to arrive by the end of the year after the 2024 election. In the meantime, though, the plan to downgrade animal-based proteins could hurt Vice President Kamala Harris’s chances with swing state voters in farming communities. Although the panel’s final report is not expected until late December, the committee’s preliminary directive on...

The Biden-Harris Department of Justice announced on Monday the arrest of 24-year-old Skyler Philippi, who prosecutors claim plotted to use a weapon of mass destruction to bomb a Nashville energy facility, as part of what Attorney General Merrick Garland called a “violent white supremacist ideology.” In his Monday statement, the attorney general revealed, “the FBI had already compromised his plot,” and charging documents reveal the federal agency first gained knowledge of Philippi in June. A federal filing in the case Phillipi reveals a Confidential Human Source (CHS-1), who had a previous relationship with the FBI, began reporting conversations with...

The 4,000-year-old tomb contained the remains of 11 individuals, who are thought to have been family members who lived during the 12th and early 13th Dynasties. Damage to the wooden coffins and linen wrappings in the tomb is thought to have occurred during ancient floods. Jewelry and pottery, however, were found to be well preserved and still in place among the skeletal remains. The jewelry...

Only 17% of about 2,500 voter registration applications the Lancaster County district attorney was reviewing have been found to be fraudulent so far, county officials said Monday. Another 26% are still being reviewed and 57% were verified as legitimate applications.*** The county's announced investigation in many ways proved the system's controls against fraud were working. But it has still fueled misinformation about Pennsylvania's elections. Former President Donald Trump has repeatedly falsely claimed that the applications were in fact fake ballots. He revisited that claim during a rally over the weekend claiming the county found "2,600 ballots all done by the...

Palestinian Authority (PA) chairman Mahmoud Abbas, who is visiting Cairo, on Monday called for sanctions to be imposed on Israel because it does not implement UN resolutions. Speaking at a UN conference taking place in the Egyptian capital, Abbas called on the international community to set red lines for Israel, which he claimed behaves as if it is above the law, bring it to justice and to punish it for its "crimes". "We are here to emphasize the obligation to prosecute the Israeli occupation state for its failure to meet its obligations towards its membership in the United Nations in...

Rutgers and collaborating institutions have found that overnutrition leads to insulin resistance and metabolic disorders through increased activity of the sympathetic nervous system (SNS). The study shows that reducing SNS activity can prevent insulin resistance induced by a high-fat diet, suggesting a new understanding of how obesity causes insulin resistance. Obesity causes type 2 diabetes and metabolic diseases primarily by inducing insulin resistance. Impaired cellular insulin signaling is the most understood mechanism, but it does not always accompany impaired insulin action, indicating other factors must be involved. Overnutrition has been known to rapidly increase plasma norepinephrine (NE) levels, indicating overactivation...

Voting is officially underway on Election Day in America in the town of Dixville Notch, New Hampshire, where the six registered voters cast their ballots. The results are already too close to call, as the half dozen voters were split three to three between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump. It's actually a sharp swing from 2020, when Joe Biden swept all five people who voted against Trump. Republican Governor Kelly Ayotte won against her Democrat opponent, 5-1, while Democrat Maggie Goodlander won the town's Congressional district, 4-2. Dixville Notch has produced the first results of the first-in-the-nation primary since 1960...

ATLANTA, GA — Local dad Brad O'Malley reportedly disappointed his young children this morning by informing them that the results of his inspection of their Halloween candy may be delayed for up to two weeks. According to the O'Malley children, whose candy was confiscated last night immediately after their return from trick-or-treating, their dad let them know that "technical difficulties" had resulted in unavoidable delays in completing the annual candy inspection process. "I'm really sorry, guys, but you'll just have to bear with me," O'Malley reportedly said. "We've got a lot of candy to go through here. With so...
