NEW YORK (AP) — Donald Trump has spent months laying the groundwork to challenge the results of the 2024 election if he loses — just as he did four years ago. At rally after rally, he urges his supporters to deliver a victory “too big to rig,” telling them the only way he can lose is if Democrats cheat. He has refused to say, repeatedly, whether he will accept the results regardless of the outcome. And he’s claimed cheating is already underway, citing debunked claims or outrageous theories with no basis in reality. “The only thing that can stop us...

Maye Musk, the mother of Elon, told FOX Business Network’s "The Bottom Line" on Thursday that she is no longer a member of the "malicious and dishonest" Democratic Party. "When I became a U.S. citizen, of course, I was Democratic because they give you that option and because they’re the good kind people who care about America," Maye Musk said. "But then, they’d also say Elon is terrible, and I was thinking, why are they lying about Elon?" "They really just cut into my mind that they just didn’t know what they were doing," she said. "Then when I resigned...

Five Pennsylvania counties are investigating possible fraudulent voter applications and mail-in ballot applications in the days and weeks leading up to Election Day.. Evidence from the voter registration application fraud cases has stunned Pennsylvania over the past week, leading all the way to Arizona in a private for-profit industry that tries to register voters across counties and has increasingly raised legal concerns. As counties in Pennsylvania have investigated fraudulent voter applications in recent weeks, one group from Arizona has been of particular interest as it works out of Lancaster County, which is home to a large Amish population that both...

The Council on American-Islamic Relations released its final 2024 presidential election survey on Friday, showing a statistical tie between Green Party nominee Dr. Jill Stein and Democratic nominee Kamala Harris among Muslim voters. CAIR, a national Muslim civil rights and advocacy group, has polled Muslim voters multiple times throughout this election cycle, although it did not begin releasing its presidential polling results until August. For this latest survey, CAIR, in collaboration with pollster Molitico, surveyed 1,449 verified Muslim voters from October 30 to October 31. The organization reports a margin of error of 2.5%. According to the survey, 42.3% of...

With polls showing Vice President Harris and former President Trump locked in a dead heat as the 2024 race for the White House enters its final hours, the fate of the nation will turn on seven battleground states. These swing states have a combined 93 electoral votes. Some are longtime pillars of the so-called Democratic “blue wall,” which Trump demolished in 2016. Others are staples of the Republican coalition President Biden clawed away in 2020. With no pandemic, there will be fewer mail-in ballots this year — which could yield a winner much sooner than in 2020, when the race...

On January 17, 2017, just three days before President-Trump was sworn into office, outgoing President Obama had a secret conference call with progressive media allies. A long battled FOIA request by Jason Leopold was finally able to receive documents and within the documents the transcript of the phone call is revealed. [Documents Here] Again, this is three days before Trump took office, when the Obama White House and Intelligence Community were intentionally pushing the Trump-Russia conspiracy story into the media in an effort to disrupt President Trump’s transition to power. President Obama is essentially asking his progressive allies to help...

The White House reportedly pulled the plug on multiple campaign calls that were scheduled to include President Biden in the aftermath of his “garbage” remark aimed at supporters of former President Donald Trump, according to a report. “Thursday, October 31, 2024: In the afternoon, the President will participate in campaign calls,” read the White House’s public week ahead guidance published on Sunday. Biden, 81, did not participate in those calls, according to Fox News. It’s unclear if the organizations hosting the Zoom calls went ahead without the president. There are no official campaign events for Vice President Kamala Harris on...

Watch as numerous fire departments rush to the scene of a major fire at a lithium battery recycling plant in Fredericktown, Missouri, earlier this evening. The blaze, which broke out at the 225,000-square-foot facility owned by Critical Mineral Recovery, led to shelter-in-place advisories and mandatory evacuation orders in the surrounding area. According to its website, the company uses this facility to “recycle lithium-ion battery materials from battery manufacturers, automotive OEMs, battery dealers, recyclers, and processors worldwide,” describing it as “one of the largest lithium-ion battery processing facilities in the world.” All plant workers have been safely accounted for, with only...

Gen Z is missing the equivalent of one work day every week due to their mental health, according to a new study. The health and life insurance company Vitality found that Gen Z employees in the UK reportedly lose an average of 54 productive days per year, clocking into work every day but not operating at peak efficiency. Across the board, nonproductive or missed days of work have cost the UK economy more than $178 billion, Vitality reported. In the US, according to past Gallup data, dissatisfied and detached workers cost the world an estimated $8.8 trillion. According to the...

We can almost see the race coming down to the wire. Except, unlike any political contest before it, this race has the judges standing on the sidelines. They are so tired of the failures of the one who already had a chance to win and did nothing – so tired. So they have pulled out their bullhorns and are shouting to the runner who has yet to cross the finish line – ‘you have already lost’.

Hoover Institute Senior Fellow Victor Davis Hanson said Friday on his podcast that he believes Democrats are feeling more depressed and angry than usual because they fear they could be losing. Polls between former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris have tightened with fewer than five days until Election Day. On “The Victor Davis Hanson Show,” the senior fellow called out a recent take from CNN’s senior reporter Harry Enten for claiming election polling could be underestimating Harris and noted that her campaign has shifted its resources from North Carolina to Virginia in search of a path to...

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court shut down an effort to allow mail-in ballots lacking a handwritten date to be counted in the 2024 election. The ruling overturns a decision from a Commonwealth Court finding that the state law requiring a handwritten date was unconstitutional. The Pennsylvania GOP appealed that ruling to the state supreme court, and now undated mail-in ballots will not be counted in the upcoming election. Justice Kevin Dougherty admonished the Commonwealth Court for its ruling in a forcefully-worded opinion relating to Friday's ruling. "'This Court will neither impose nor countenance substantial alterations to existing laws and procedures during...

The Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office is looking into several hundred irregular voter registration applications. District Attorney Gavin Holihan said that his office was alerted to the applications Thursday evening and met with the county election office Friday morning. He said there will be a criminal investigation. “An overwhelming number of these applications are done poorly,” Holihan said. “The names are wrong, the names are duplicated, the names and addresses don’t match, there’s insufficient information on the applications. “Can we find out who did that? That’s a good question. We would also need to know where physically it was done,...
