1:51 During an interview with Pittsburgh ABC affiliate WTAE on Wednesday, 2024 Democratic vice presidential candidate Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D) stated that the Green New Deal shouldn’t be scrapped and “the issue is, is making sure we have an all-of-the-above policy. And Pennsylvania has a proud history of producing energy.” WTAE co-host Shannon Perrine asked, “The Green New Deal does call for fossil fuels to be replaced at a certain deadline. We produce a lot of natural gas in Western Pennsylvania and all over the state. Does that mean that the Green New Deal should be scrapped?” Walz answered,...

Headline story on Drudge is how great Harris did on the debate. Besides Free Republic, Drudge used to be one of my go-to sites for real news. They've gone all-in for Harris. Will never look at them again.

Former President Donald Trump's campaign is claiming that "handlers" for Vice President Kamala Harris abruptly ended her interview with Fox News host Bret Baier. Harris sat down with Baier on Wednesday for her first interview on Fox News since becoming this year's Democratic presidential nominee in July. The often contentious interview, which aired commercial-free for just under 27 minutes, touched on several hot-button campaign issues and the vice president's criticisms of Trump. Just after the interview aired, the Trump campaign's "Trump War Room" account on X, formerly Twitter, shared a very short clip of the interview's ending while claiming that...

Pete Wehner, a former speechwriter for Ronald Reagan, George H. W. Bush and George W. Bush, wrote on X that Kamala Harris "dominated" Fox News host Bret Baier during an interview on Wednesday. "My take: Bret Baier has rarely looked as bad (or tendentious) as he did in his interview with Kamala Harris," Wehner wrote on X. "On the flip side, this was one of her best interviews. She dominated Bret. All in all it was quite a bad day for MAGA world's most important media outlet," Wehner posted on X Harris and Baier shared a combative 30-minute exchange in...

A former judge on the famed drag queen game show, RuPaul’s Drag Race is taking heat by the drag community for endorsing Donald Trump for president. Santino Rice, who appeared as a contestant on Bravo’s Project Runway in 2005 and then later on drag queen star RuPul’s show from season 1 through 6, fell out of the public eye by 2015. rice has been peppering his X account with support for Republicans and Donald Trump and has been excoriating Kamala Harris, but it is one from this month that has put him in the cross hairs of former fans and...

Hectoring the electorate on its supposed ignorance or moral shortcomings has become a Harris campaign trademark. The election is finally shaping up to be not only liberal Democrat Harris versus conservative Republican Trump. Instead, it has become a larger contest between those who talk down to their fellow Americans and those who are increasingly sick and tired of being lectured. How smart is it, for example, for Harris supporters to claim nonstop that ex-president Trump is a fascist dictator—and thus, by extension, those also who vote for him? Women voters poll about 53-5 percent for Kamala Harris. Trump enjoys a...

Host of Fox News "Special Report" Bret Baier finally snagged that interview with Vice President and selected Democrat nominee Kamala Harris. Harris was campaigning in Washington Crossing, PA and was proud of the former Republicans and Trump administration people who took the stage with her and happy with their endorsement, delighted in their support of her as a presidential candidate. The entire interview was a train wreck, but there were particular moments that were exceptionally cringeworthy, damaging, and proved with glaring certainty why she is unfit to lead. Baier started off with the topic of illegal immigration, and you could...

There’s no longer any denying that she’s a mindless, superficial candidate who instills no confidence. =================================================================== What happened Wednesday night to Kamala Harris on Fox News may have been the equivalent to what happened to President Joe Biden at that infamous debate in June — irreparably exposed her as unacceptable to voters. In what was widely seen as a Hail Mary move by Kamala’s campaign, the vice president agreed to an extended interview on Fox News, one of the exceedingly few national TV interviews she’s done since she was anointed the Democrat Party’s post-Biden nominee. Remarkably, she offered nothing new...

The American presidency has definitely had its ups and downs over the years, but at least the occupants of the office, and the contenders who have sought it, have taken the job of being President seriously. Until now, uniformly, they have thought it important to outline some kind of a vision for the country, and to propose policies intended to achieve that vision. Even if in some instances you might disagree entirely with the candidates’ vision, at least they had it. Or, if they really didn’t have a vision, or much of one, then they pretended to. In this sense,...

Yikes. If Kamala Harris thought Bret Baier was tough, wait ‘til she meets Putin. During the interview on Fox News's "Special Report," the Harris-Walz campaign found itself mired in a deliciously ironic situation: Their entire marketing campaign is predicated on the conceit that they’re Not Trump. Whether it’s Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, or Tim Walz, the Democrats’ raison d’etre is that Trump is an evil Orange Madman who’ll destroy democracy, and (checks mirror) they’re Not Trump. In other words, they’re not asking the American people to vote FOR the Democrats. They’re begging them to vote AGAINST the Republicans. From a...

THE Kremlin has rushed to deny claims that Vladimir Putin's health is failing in an unprecedented move. It comes after the Russian president, 72, admitted in a televised meeting that he has been regularly undergoing medical examinations at a top hospital in Moscow. "Doctors at the Central Clinical Hospital, where I undergo all sorts of regular examinations, also recommend getting vaccinated with domestically produced drugs," Putin said. Also part of the meeting was Russia's health minister Mikhail Murashko who supported his boss's calls for people to get vaccinations. However, attention was quickly drawn to the dictator's comments after years of...

Another leftist lie has been debunked, but what is interesting about this episode is that Americans were never believing it in the first place. Over recent years, Democrats have responded to criticism about their soft approach to criminal activity by arguing that violent crime has dropped. ... FBI stealth-edited their crime numbers and now shows that violent crime has actually increased. This isn’t a huge surprise to people who don’t live in the lofty ivory towers in which progressives have shut themselves off from the regular world. But there are indications that this lie was never working in the first...

The Biden administration announced Thursday it is racing to cancel student loans for more than 60,000 public service workers. The move comes just 18 days before the 2024 election and brings the number of public service workers who have now benefitted from such taxpayer-funded largesse to over one million. The gift delivers $4.5 billion in debt relief to teachers, firefighters, and other service workers who have been dutifully meeting loan repayment obligations for over a decade, the Hill reports.

Some North Carolina voters have reported receiving absentee ballots with both envelopes already sealed, likely caused by moisture and humidity from Hurricane Helene and other rain events. There’s no word on exactly how many counties or ballots have been affected. In an email, North Carolina State Board of Elections spokesperson Pat Gannon wrote “Chatham and a few other” counties have reported problems, likely “caused by moisture and humidity from Hurricane Helene and other rain events.” Voters in Durham County have also reported issues to WRAL News. “It’s not a good experience,” said Durham resident Liz Allen Green said. “Let’s just...
