Have you noticed that in recent days almost every major news outlet has been using the exact same phrase to describe Kacklin Kamala's and Stolen Valor Timpon's campaign: "The Politics of Joy." Not "happiness," not "glee," not "delight," not even "jubilation." Just "joy." This is a clear sign that we're not just looking at news reporting anymore; we’re witnessing state propaganda in action, designed to prop up the Democrat candidate. Shocker I know. --------------- You see, usually, you’d expect different media sources to offer a variety of perspectives, but with Kamala Harris, they all seem to be singing from the...

What a summer it has been: an assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump, the incumbent ending his re-election bid, and Vice President Kamala Harris anointed to the Democrat throne. Indeed, there has been no shortage of storylines in the world of politics. And yet, despite the political theater that has demanded an extra-large bag of buttery popcorn and amazed everyone, from observers in the front row to voters in the peanut gallery, polling data suggest that it is – and always will be – the economy, stupid. It’s the Economy, Stupid A plethora of 2024 election polls insinuate that...

VIDEOThe United Kingdom has now gone full V For Vendetta. Listen to the London Met Police Chief Sir Mark Rowley expressing the desire to "throw the full force of the law at people" and jail those posting on social media platforms such as X for what he considers to be "hate speech." He sounds very much like Commander Lewis Prothero of V For Vendetta.Hmmm... And the name "Starmer" does sound eerily like "Sutler."

You’ve got to hand it to the guy, Tim Walz knows how to speak the language of the average Democrat voter in middle America. Earlier this week, just hours after Kamala Harris had announced her decision to make him her running mate, Walz stood up in front of thousands of Americans and debuted his “golden rule” for all those Americans interested in preventing the slaughter of innocent unborn babies: “Mind your own damn business.” It’s a brilliant line. And it doesn’t just apply to what happens in Planned Parenthoods and abortion clinics in Walz’s home state of Minnesota, where he...

The evidence prosecutors plan to cite in Hunter Biden’s California federal tax trial in the coming months states that the first son was paid by a foreign client in exchange for influencing U.S. policy. This provides evidence for a key claim the IRS whistleblowers brought to Congress last year: the Department of Justice had evidence of crimes by Hunter Biden, but failed to charge them before the statute of limitations expired.According to motions filed earlier this week, federal prosecutors are planning to cite evidence at trial that Hunter Biden and his business associates were paid by a Romanian businessman to...

NEAR ATLANTA, Ga., Friday, July 29, 1864.THE SITUATIONThere was a thundering yesterday all along our line, although no decided advantages resulted therefrom. You will recollect that the Army of the Tennessee, that is, LOGAN's, BLAIR's and DODGE's corps, since the crossing of the river, have been upon our left -- the extreme left extending away round upon the Georgia Railroad, several miles from Atlanta, east. Gen. GARRARD's last raid caused considerable disturbance upon the railroad, his scale of operations extending some fifty-nine miles from Atlanta. The only road now in complete running order to Atlanta, is the Macon Railway. To...

Daily Readings from the USCCBWhoever loves his life loses it, and whoever hates his life in this world will preserve it for eternal life. John 12:25This is one of the many powerful and even shocking statements of Jesus. A similar statement by Jesus is found in all four of the Gospels. In this, John’s version, the words “love” and “hate” are used. By loving our lives we lose them, but by hating our lives we preserve them. At first read, one may think that those words “love” and “hate” were accidentally reversed. One might conclude that what Jesus meant to...

A frequently visited arch collapsed in Rock Creek Bay in Glen Canyon National Recreation Area in Utah, the National Park Service reported Friday in a news release. The “Double Arch” geologic feature was also known by other names, including the “Toilet Bowl,” “Crescent Pool,” and “Hole in the Roof.” NPS said no injuries were reported from the collapse, which happened on Thursday. Democratic vice-presidential candidate and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz touts his credentials as a former public school teacher on the campaign trail — but the North Star State’s education performance has deteriorated under his leadership, critics told The Post. Since Walz entered the governor’s office in 2019, students’ comprehension statewide for reading and math has plummeted, while his administration has come under fire for pushing what’s been described as an extremist, ideology-influenced curricula in the classroom. “He spent most of the last two years working to accommodate far-left demands in his party rather than working to address real education issues in...

... Because of this recent history, we’ve come to assume that Republicans have a baked-in electoral college advantage. We think Democrats need to win the popular vote with some buffer, maybe two or three percentage points, to win the presidential election. But in 2024, things may be changing. That’s because Democrats are performing less well in populous, blue states while simultaneously not losing any ground in the close states that decide the election. The presidential race has dramatically re-formed after Biden decided not to run again and Kamala Harris, his vice president, became the Democratic nominee and will face Donald...

I’m a law professor and also a columnist for the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. Late last year, I began a series on the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville’s King Fahd Center for Middle East Studies, from which this article is derived. The coverage launched when the Honors College at UA Fayetteville announced a panel on the war between Israel and Palestinian terrorists that featured as the only presenters two anti-Israel professors from the King Fahd Center. While the school canceled the one-sided discourse shortly after it was publicized, the broader question remains: How does Arkansas’s flagship public university have a subsidiary named...

A far-left NYC councilwoman who ran for office on an anti-car-agenda and pushed a crackdown on dangerous driving is a road menace who’s racked up four speeding tickets in a little more than a year, The Post has learned. Queens Democratic Socialist Tiffany Cabán was slapped with seven traffic tickets totaling $490 in fines and late fees since November 2022 — including four in the past 13 months for being caught on camera speeding in school zones, a review of city records shows. The remaining summonses on the pol’s black Chevy Cruze include two for blocking fire hydrants, and another...

Kamala Harris embodies the convergence of destructive feminism, racial reckoning anarchy, and jihadist extremism within the modern Democratic Party. On Jan. 21, 2017, hundreds of thousands of feminists wearing pink “pussyhats” protested the prior day’s presidential inauguration of Donald Trump by rampaging throughout Washington, D.C. The “Women’s March on Washington,” an extension of the riots and protests that shook the capital on Inauguration Day itself, was not exactly a peaceful affair. Hundreds of anarchists in total were arrested over the multiday period, typically on rioting or vandalism charges. The “pussyhat”-clad feminist rioters thus constituted the first Trump-era manifestation of destructive...

Ukraine's navy and military intelligence have attacked and damaged a former offshore gas platform used by Russian forces in the Black Sea, the navy spokesman said Saturday. "The occupiers used this location for GPS spoofing to make civilian navigation dangerous. We cannot allow this to happen," Dmytro Pletenchuk said on Facebook. He posted a video taken at night showing an explosion on an offshore platform and the ensuing fire. He said that a half a day before the attack, Russian forces had stationed equipment and military personnel on the platform. "There were no civilians there. The platform was not performing...
