Its weirdness across the board is pluperfect. The American media and political class have a new mantra: Conservatives and Republicans are weird. We’re weird? Seriously? They can say that with a straight face? I’ll tell you what’s really weird. What’s weird is men in women’s clothing, sometimes with mustaches, being placed in high positions in our government. Some of them steal suitcases and clothing. What’s weird is Drag Queen Story Hour, where men dressed as women, often in scanty prosti-suits, gyrating on stage for very young boys and girls, are accompanied by their approving parents. What’s weird is allowing children...

Real terrorist attacks are coming, and we’re ruled by America-hating useful idiots. Scarcely a week goes by we don’t hear about more known terrorists caught—most are never caught--at the border, like these: Border Patrol agents took three suspected Palestinian terrorists into custody earlier this month after they illegally crossed the border from Mexico into California, the New York Post reported. One of the men reportedly had a “salacious photo” of a masked man holding an AK-47 rifle, the article states. In a chilling display of disregard for the sanctity of life, Switzerland has introduced an ‘assisted suicide pod’, akin to a vending machine. This device allows individuals to end their lives at the mere ‘push of a button’. The portable death ‘pod’ has received approval from the Swiss government and is expected to claim its first victim this year. Florian Willet, CEO of the pro-euthanasia organization The Last Resort, announced this disturbing development during a press conference. Willet confirmed that Switzerland will ‘soon’ begin euthanizing citizens using this macabre machine.According to Willet, there are already people lined up, eagerly waiting...

Does anybody in politics understand tax policy these days? The Biden-Harris Democrats want to raise tax rates to Thomas Piketty French socialist levels. Republicans want to cut taxes, but they want to do so for specific groups to buy their votes. They’ve all lost the growth plot. Mr. Trump’s tax fumbling is especially disappointing because his 2017 cut in tax rates was the policy foundation for the strong pre-pandemic U.S. economy. But so far in this campaign he’s proposing hugely expensive tax cuts for different voting groups that won’t do much for growth. We’ve written about his promise not to...

The pro-Palestinian activists who disrupted campuses across the nation are plotting their return for the new academic year. Demonstrators say all forms of protest are still on the table, despite the more than 2,000 arrests so far, as students try to figure out a new strategy to demand their schools divest from Israel, among other goals. “What we will see [is] the students will continue their activism, will continue doing what they’ve done in conventional and unconventional ways. So not only protests, not only encampments, kind of any — any available means necessary to push Columbia to divest from from...

According to images published on X, the base of the statue was spray-painted with the slogan "Free Gaza", while the girl's hands were painted with the same blood-red color. Police have opened an investigation into the defacement, which likely occurred in the night from Saturday to Sunday, an Amsterdam police spokesman told AFP, adding that no suspect had yet been identified. So here are a couple of ideas I thought of recently, using tactics from "Rules for Radicals" which was not meant just for leftist movements but any opposition movement: *when talking about abortion or illegal immigration, say "every illegal immigrant should abort every pregnancy they have". The leftist would never agree to that, their only choices would be saying no, which allows you to accuse them of opposing abortion, or they will call you racist, in which case you tell them that a fetus is not a person so you cannot be racist against it. *Removing illegal aliens is "de-colonization"...

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps said on Saturday that revenge will be “severe and at an appropriate time, place, and manner,” blaming the “terrorist Zionist regime” for Haniyeh’s death. The Iranian attack on Israel in response to the assassination of Hamas political bureau leader Ismail Haniyeh in Iran last week is expected to come as early as Monday, three US and Israeli officials told Axios reporter Barak Ravid on Sunday. Michael Erik Kurilla, commander of US Central Command, arrived in the Middle East early Sunday morning amid Hezbollah and Iran's threats against Israel, Walla reported on Sunday, citing two senior...

The international rating agency S&P Global lowered the long-term and short-term credit ratings of Ukraine in foreign currency to the level of "selective default" - from CC/C to SD/SD - due to the missed payment of Eurobonds on August 1 against the background of debt restructuring. "We understand that the government has decided to suspend bond payments pending restructuring. To that end, the government has not made a coupon payment on its 2026 Eurobonds on August 1, 2024, when payment was due, and we do not expect payments during the bonds' contractual grace period of 10 business days," S&P said...
