Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban described the opening ceremony of the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris as “the weakness and disintegration of the West”, La Depeche reported. The politician believes that the event that sparked a fierce public backlash was the embodiment of the Western void. “They have gradually shed metaphysical ties, with God, country and family,” Orban said, adding that it has led to “the absence of public morality, as you could see if you watched the opening ceremony of the Olympics yesterday.” Orban also pointed out that the collective West denies the existence of nation states, resulting in...

Attorneys for Hunter Biden pushed back against a federal judge’s threat to sanction them for making “false statements,” while admitting their motion to dismiss Biden’s criminal charges in California. In a filing Sunday with the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, Biden’s legal team said they “never tried to mislead” the court after U.S. District Judge Mark Scarcsi wrote Biden’s attorneys falsely claimed U.S. Attorney David Weiss did not bring charges against the president’s son until after he was appointed special counsel. “Defense counsel, perhaps inartfully, intended this use of the word ‘charges’ to refer to the...

Tommy Robinson was arrested in Kent under 'anti-terror laws', a day after organising a mass demonstration in London. The far-right activist was detained by police at the Channel tunnel in Folkestone and later released on bail. It comes after flag-waving protesters stormed Downing Street yesterday demanding his release. Chants of 'release Tommy now' and 'we want Tommy out, we want Tommy out' could be heard from protesters, as tourists filmed the men on their phones. Kent Police said on Sunday night that a man, 41, had been detained at the Channel tunnel in Folkestone under schedule 7 of the Terrorism...

US Border Patrol agents have detained three Palestinian men and a Turkish man suspected of ties to terror groups who turned themselves over to authorities in San Diego, the New York Post reports, citing unnamed sources. According to federal law enforcement sources quoted in the report, one of the suspects had “salacious” photos on their cellphone, including a picture of a man wearing a mask and holding an AK-47. The FBI is investigating, according to the Post

How many of ya'll like SPAM? Me, love it. But, I have to boil it to bring out all that salt/sodium. Just too damn salty. For whatever reason, it seems less salty when uncooked. Thoughts/personal recipes?

As Donald Trump and Kamala Harris continue their kabuki dance over whether or when they'll agree to debate, a talk radio show in Philadelphia on Thursday treated its listeners to a hilarious imaginary debate, featuring impersonator stand-ins for the former president and current vice president. There are impersonators who do a good job mimicking voices, affects, cadence, and quirks of the people they impersonate. Then there's Shawn Farash. Close your eyes, and this guy is Donald Trump. At the other podium, Estee Palti delivered a blistering version of Kamala Harris: clueless, hypocritical, and hyena-like laughter. Talk Radio 1210 WPHT absolutely...

Increasing ketone supply to the heart in mice with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) allowed their hearts to utilize more ketones and produce more energy, according to preliminary research. Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction, a common type of heart failure, occurs when there are signs and symptoms of heart failure with a high left ventricle filling pressure despite normal or a near-normal left ventricle ejection fraction of 50% or higher. Heart failure with reduced ejection fraction is when the heart's pumping power is 40% or less. Healthy hearts require a high rate of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) production...

Two reduced dose radiopharmaceutical therapy approaches for advanced stage metastatic castrate-resistant prostate cancer have been shown to be just as effective as the standard dose, according to research. Treatment with deescalated 225Ac-PSMA-617 or a cocktail therapy of 177Lu/225Ac-PSMA-617 resulted in similar median overall survival and prostate specific antigen (PSA) response rates as the standard 225Ac-PSMA-617 dose and was better-tolerated. The standard dose for 225Ac-PSMA targeted radiopharmaceutical alpha-therapy is 100 kBq per kilogram of body weight or an approximation of eight MBq. "Preliminary data has shown that reduced doses result in lower rates of dry mouth while still maintaining promising anti-tumor...

A series of bombshell text messages from countersnipers who were supposed to protect Donald Trump at the Pennsylvania rally where an assassin's bullet nearly killed the president showed them a step behind the gunman. Now, it appears a group chat of those meant to protect Trump were aware that gunman Thomas Matthew Crooks, 20, was in their midst over 90 minutes before Trump was shot at, rather than an hour as the FBI had previously claimed. When one of the three countersnipers was about to call off at the end of their shift at around 4:26pm, they noticed a man...

While a handful of events have already gotten underway at the 2024 Paris Olympics, Friday evening's Opening Ceremony will mark the official start of the Summer Games. The Games will take place over the next 16 days until August 11, yet somehow organizers are already running out of food for athletes in the Olympic Village. Whether it's transportation nightmares, inadequate beds for the most elite athletes on the planet, or general infrastructure issues, some things always go wrong during the Olympics. Running out of food before the Games are even officially underway is a new one, and we're not talking...

Incredible evening with President @realDonaldTrump on the Jersey Shore 🇺🇸

Angry Olympics viewers have been called out as sexists after taking to social media to fume over beach volleyball players ditching bikini bottoms for leggings in Paris. Previously, women's beach volleyball players were forced to wear the bikini bottoms with the International Olympic Committee even mandating how skimpy they were, with official rules stating they could not be more than 7cm on the sides. Those rules were torn up for the Paris Olympics, with athletes now allowed to compete in more modest leggings - creating a social media firestorm. Plenty of viewers have been labelled 'sexist' and 'creeps' for complaining...

Collin Mertz, a 23-year-old farmer in North Dakota, believes American men like himself have been targeted by liberals in the push for diversity. “It would seem the white male is the enemy of the left,” said Mertz, who voted for former President Donald Trump in 2020 and plans to do so again in November. ***The forces of American culture and politics are pushing men and women under age 30 into opposing camps, creating a new fault line in the electorate and adding an unexpected wild card into the 2024 presidential election. Voters under 30 have been a pillar of the...
