A “General Hospital” actor was identified Sunday as a man shot and killed during an attempted catalytic converter theft in downtown Los Angles. Johnny Wactor, a long time veteran of TV soap General Hospital, was shot and killed Saturday in a Los Angeles when he confronted thieves breaking into his car, according to TMZ. He was 37. An 18-year-old man in Sahibganj district of Jharkhand drowned after he jumped into deep water from a height to make an Instagram reel, police said on Tuesday.
