Bellows appeared on Regime friendly outlets like MSNBC and CNN after she unilaterally barred Trump from the ballot. Shenna Bellows told CNN that she suspended the effect of her decision to disqualify Trump from the ballot until the Supreme Court can act. She also suggested there may not be enough time to put Trump on the ballot. “We’re looking at a very tight time frame,” Bellows said CNN host: We are waiting to see if the Supreme Court will, in fact, take up this Colorado case. I know you mentioned the Colorado case in your decision. When you look at...

Transistors have been doubling every three years instead of twoWhy it matters: Recent developments in hardware production have intensified the conversation regarding how much time Moore's Law has left. Nvidia has repeatedly declared its death, but AMD and Intel believe it has only slowed down and that numerous innovations can help new products maintain the performance improvements clients expect. MIT recently posted a video of a talk from earlier this year where Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger commented on recent assertions that Moore's Law could end soon. Gelsinger believes the rule guiding chip production for almost six decades still holds...

Westbrook and the Jazz characterized the fan's insults to Westbrook as racist; in context, the court concluded, these were constitutionally protected statements of opinion. From Keisel v. Westbrook, decided today by the Utah Court of Appeals (written by Judge Ryan D. Tenney and joined by Judges Michele M. Christiansen Forster and Ryan M. Harris); for some reason, I couldn't find the full opinion yet on the court's website, but I'll link to it when it's up: In March 2019, the Utah Jazz were playing a game against the Oklahoma City Thunder. Midway through the second quarter, Russell Westbrook, the Thunder's point...

Rockstar Games told a U.K. court that it spent $5 million to recover from the hack. In September 2022, a user named Teapotuberhacker uploaded 90 videos onto the internet forum GTAForums. Collectively, the videos constituted more than 50 minutes of unfinished gameplay footage from Grand Theft Auto VI, a long-anticipated video game under development by Rockstar Games. In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Rockstar Games confirmed the authenticity of the footage, blaming the leak...

Republican lawmakers in Maine are preparing impeachment orders against Secretary of State Shenna Bellows following her decision to remove former President Donald J. Trump from the Maine GOP presidential primary ballot.“I wish to impeach her on the grounds that she is barring an American citizen and 45th President of the United States, who is convicted of no crime or impeachment, their right to appear on a Maine Republican Party ballot in March,” Rep. John Andrews (R-Paris) said in a statement. “This is raw partisanship and has no place in the office of our state’s Constitutional Officers,” Andrews said. Bellows, a...

Russia unleashed its biggest air attack of the war on Ukraine on Friday, killing 31 civilians, wounding more than 160 others and hitting cities and infrastructure across the country, officials said. NATO member Poland said a Russian missile appeared to have flown into its airspace for some 40 km before returning to Ukraine under three minutes later. There was no immediate comment from Moscow and NATO said it remained "vigilant". The Ukrainian foreign ministry said the vast end-of-year air assault showed there should be "no talk of a truce" with the Kremlin at a time when uncertainty hangs over the...

Not since Gavrilo Princips assassinated Archduke Franz Ferdinand in 1914 has the politically-motivated action of a single individual threatened to plunge an entire nation into strife and crisis like the decision by Maine’s Democrat Secretary of State, Shenna Bellows, to keep Donald Trump off of the state’s primary ballot. Does that sound like hyperbole? Allow me to explain. Donald Trump’s path to re-election in 2024 is simple: Hold the red states that he won in 2020, which he should do with ease, and win back the swing states of Wisconsin, Arizona, and Georgia. That outcome would result with him receiving...

Million-dollar homes along the Malibu coastline are being slammed by huge waves as a relentless coastal storm continued to bash California on Friday. Extraordinarily large waves, generated by powerful swells from Pacific storms caused pier closures early Friday morning and warnings from first responders. Powerful surf was seen crashing against beachfront homes in Malibu, where emergency sand barriers have been constructed in an effort to limit the damage to the expensive properties. The exclusive coastline is a property hotspot for celebrities including Lady Gaga, Paris Hilton and Kanye West. Conditions are moderately better than Thursday, which saw a large rogue...

Foie gras is often part of a festive French meal, but the way it is made – force-feeding ducks or geese to fatten their livers – is making some people think twice before eating it. Alternatives are picking up steam.Sales of vegetarian or "faux" foie gras are on the rise in France, as people are looking to avoid force-fed birds, and as the delicacy is increasing in price because of a massive bird flu outbreak that has hit duck and bird farms and reduced supply. “Most of the people who came to buy some weren't even vegan or vegetarian,” says...

Luke 2:22-35 Friends, today’s Gospel tells the story of the Presentation of Jesus in the temple. The Presentation of Jesus, perfected on the cross, is re-presented every time the Mass is celebrated. The Mass is certainly a festive meal, the moment when God feeds his people with his very Body and Blood; but the Mass is also a sacrifice, for it involves the offering of Jesus’ Body and Blood to the Father. The Son, bearing the sins of the world, is presented to the Father: “Through him, and with him, and in him, O God, almighty Father, in the unity of...

A new report revealed that the Chinese spy craft that flew over the U.S. at the beginning of this year was communicating with mainland China via an American internet provider. NBC News did not name the internet provider in the report. The company denied that the Chinese spy craft used its services and had come to that conclusion via its own investigation as well as talking to U.S. officials.

What will the post-Hamas era look like for Palestinians and Israelis in 2024? While many geopolitical changes are ahead, tonight on THE ROSENBERG REPORT on TBN, a Palestinian Evangelical Christian from Gaza tells me that he believes a great spiritual awakening is about to take place in the Gaza Strip when the Hamas terrorist organization is finally and fully vanquished. Last week on THE ROSENBERG REPORT, Taysir Abu Saada – known to his friends as “Tass” – told me his testimony of how he was once a radical Islamist terrorist working for Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat in the 1970s and...
