If you haven’t heard the term #Pallywood yet, here’s a prime example… A few other examples as well. Not a WORD said by Hamas can be believed, including the HYPER-inflated casualty numbers they release (not to mention they don’t list a SINGLE “combatant” casualty…)#HamasisISIS https://t.co/y3ENUoa3Kv pic.twitter.com/shh63j8EAf— igal (@igal_n) November 29, 2023

Podcast king Joe Rogan noted earlier this week that he believes there is no strategy for 2024 on the part of Democrats, and the only play they have is to imprison Donald Trump.“I think at this point they kind of have to run [Biden] unless he dies,” Rogan asserted, adding “We have one year now, we’re in late November, we have less than one year. What are they going to do? If Biden died tomorrow, what do they do with Kamala Harris? Put her on the moon? What are they going to do, she’s the vice president. If he dies,...

A former FBI informant stabbed Derek Chauvin, the ex-police officer who was convicted for murdering George Floyd, according to court documents filed on Dec. 1. John Turscak, 52, stabbed Mr. Chauvin 22 times with an "improvised knife" in federal prison in Arizona, according to the documents. Mr. Turscak was subdued by responding corrections officers. Mr. Turscak later told officers he would have killed Mr. Chauvin if the officers had not responded so quickly, federal prosecutors said in the documents. The stabbing took place on Nov. 24 at about 12:30 p.m. Mr. Turscak waived his Miranda rights and told FBI agents...

If, and when, a recession ever occurs again in any of our lifetimes - certainly not in the golden age of Bidonomics, pain will be felt disproportionately as usual.Sectors which fare better will typically exhibit;Less cyclical exposureLower rate sensitivityHigher cash levelsLower capital expendituresAs such, Visual Capitalist's Dorothy Neufeld takes a look at the sectors most resilient to recession risk and rising costs, using data from Allianz Trade. Recession Risk, by SectorAs slower growth and rising rates put pressure on corporate margins and the cost of capital, we can see in the table below that this has impacted some sectors more...

One of the questions that has been asked since the 10/7 attack was how Hamas caught Israel so unprepared to respond. Within days of the attack there were reports that Hamas had been planning and training for it for more than a year. CNN reported there were half a dozen training camps set up to drill Hamas fighters in preparation for the attack. So how did Israel miss it?According to a story published today by the NY Times, Israel didn’t miss it. In fact, they had Hamas’ detailed attack plan a year ago. They just didn’t believe Hamas could pull...

We are now well into the 2023-2024 school year and many high school seniors are either finalizing their college application plans or have already done so. But some of those plans are now changing at the last moment. This is particularly true in Jewish families and those of people who are closely affiliated with them. After seeing the massive outbreaks of antisemitic activism and even violence taking place, particularly at Ivy League schools, some Jewish students have withdrawn their names from consideration at universities such as Harvard. Once seen as the crème de la crème of collegiate destinations, the institution...

Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie is in danger of not appearing on Maine's primary ballot after he fell short of the minimum 2,000 signatures needed from Maine voters to qualify for the state's Republican presidential primary, state officials said Friday. A letter from Maine's Director of Elections Heidi M. Peckham said Christie's campaign only submitted "844 names certified by municipal registrars." Candidates had to file signatures with the municipal clerks for certification before submitting them to the Secretary of State's office by 5 p.m. Friday. Christie has five days to appeal the decision in Maine Superior Court. "The campaign...

Travel was halted across Europe Saturday as heavy snow blanketed cities and freezing temperatures set in following a week of deadly early-season storms. Flights were grounded in Munich and Dublin Saturday after a winter storm dumped snow across southern Germany and parts of Austria, Switzerland and the Czech Republic, disrupting travel across the continent.

As the Israel-Hamas War resumed after the ceasefire was broken when Hama fired into Israel, a top Hamas official "promised" in an interview with Lebanese media that the terrorist organization would "soon" launch a "war of liberation" against the Jewish State — larger than the horrific Oct. 7 massacre. In the interview, transcribed by MEMRI (The Middle East Media Research Institute), senior Hamas official Osama Hamdan was asked: "If you could go back in time to October 6, would you still do what you did on October 7?"His response was immediate and direct:Why do some people assume that we would...

Chris Wallace was always a bit of a fish out of water at Fox News. As a registered Democrat, he often tried to play himself as a down-the-middle journalist who told it like it was. For the most part, he managed to stay in that lane, though his biases would sometimes become obvious. After moving to CNN, though, Wallace began a transition. Unshackled by the expectations of his former audience, he slowly transitioned into just another left-wing talking head. That transition is now complete. The following segment on Hunter Biden provides the proof. CNN's Chris Wallace frames the question as...

Steve Bannon has been itching for a civil war, but after the George Santos expulsion today, the War Room podcaster got really specific on who the enemies were — and emphasized that it's not Republicans vs. Democrats anymore. In fact, he targeted his vitriol not on the the usual suspects on the left, but instead on the "establishment" wing of the MAGA party, calling out Fox News, Kevin McCarthy, and the 105 Republicans who voted to oust the New York fraudmaker. (See video below, posted by @Brooklynwatch.) "This is McCarthy screwing MAGA to jam up Mike Johnson. This is 100%...

It feeds into everything that’s been reported about Israel’s Arab neighbors and why they don’t want Palestinian refugees roaming wild in their country: they bring trouble. The late King Hussein had to declare war on them and successfully drove them out. The problem is the Palestinian Liberation Organization set up shop in Lebanon, where they caused problems for the government while also attacking Israel from the southern part of the country. Israel had to invade in 1982 and remained in Southern Lebanon until 2000. Egypt has closed its border with the Gaza Strip in Rafah due to terrorism concerns. In...

With holiday season underway, you may be realizing that you forgot to get your Covid-19 and flu vaccines, and now you’ll be sitting across the table from your elderly relatives. The good news is that it’s not too late to get your shots, but what about knocking them both out at the same time? The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says this is an option, but should you? A recent study of Medicare claims data found a slightly increased — but still very rare— risk of stroke for seniors who get a high-dose influenza vaccine and Covid-19 shot...

Pope Francis reportedly confirmed to his biographer that he stripped U.S. Cardinal Raymond L. Burke of his salary and evicted him from his Vatican apartment but denied accusations that he called the conservative American prelate his "enemy." Papal biographer Austen Ivereigh wrote on the website Where Peter Is that he met with the pope on Nov. 27 amid swirling rumors that he had punished Burke for allegedly using his retired cardinal privileges against the Church, according to the Catholic News Agency."In the course of our conversation, Francis told me he had decided to remove Cardinal Burke's cardinal privileges — his...

THE REAL MEANING OF PEACE There once was a King who offered a prize to the artist who would paint the best picture of peace. Many artists tried. The King looked at all the pictures, but there were only two he really liked and he had to choose between them. One picture was of a calm lake. The lake was a perfect mirror for the peaceful towering mountains all around. Overhead was a blue sky with fluffy white clouds. All who saw this picture thought that it was a perfect picture of peace. The other picture had mountains too....

Earlier this month, Moody’s Investors Service slashed its outlook for the United States’ credit rating from “stable” to “negative” pointing to economic risks including high interest rates, the government’s steadily growing debt, and political polarization in Washington. According to the Congressional Budget Office, updated projections show a federal budget deficit of $1.5 trillion for 2023. By eliminating the federal government’s intrusion in education, annual government spending could be reduced by $725.8 billion. Not only could Congress dramatically cut the deficit, reducing debt in the long run, they could demonstrate political will and cooperation by collaborating to remove the unconstitutional federal...

Trump didn’t incite anyone to do anything illegal or violent. He told people who where going to the rally at the capitol to stay peaceful. The crowd had been infiltrated by people who were not the normal Republicans that he got at his rallies. There was never any violence at his rallies and no reason to expect any. When was the last Republican rally that turned into a riot. The best excuse the capitol police and DC police for their botched crowd control was they didn’t expect Republicans to riot either. The only evidence of someone inciting a riot was...

One of the solid hits that Ron DeSantis landed on Gavin Newsom during their Thursday night debate was his waving a map graphically illustrating that San Francisco is covered with human fecal matter (aka poop), something that magically vanished only when a Chinese dictator came to town. San Francisco may be the worst city for human poop, but it’s not the only problem facing urban America. In Baltimore, the fact that the city has become a giant urinal is destroying the city’s historic buildings. Until the modern era, cities were vast dung heaps, crawling with human and animal fecal matter....

Signatures have always been used for two purposes: to show our authorization of a transaction, and as a means of identification. That second function — identification — is fast becoming obsolete, at least with regard to voting. Prior to the creation of Social Security, there was no national registry of citizens. Signatures were all that we had and all that we needed for voter identification. After all, we almost always voted in person, right in our own neighborhoods. We now have unique ID numbers — courtesy of Social Security and other systems such as driver licensing bureaus and state identification...
