A group of Senate Republicans have released their proposal to overhaul border policies from security to parole and asylum changes.The group, made up of Sens. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), Tom Cotton (R-Okla.) and James Lankford (R-Okla.), has been meeting for weeks to try and put forth a border proposal with significant policy changes, not just additional funding for Border Patrol.
